Note : Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of bulding is including in this item.

(a) Removing of Existing clearing of all debris and carriage of material (Debries), vatta other hindrance on surface by mechanical transport including Loading and unloading, stacking.etc (b) Geotextile cushioning layer Providing and Fixing 1st layers of 200 GSM non woven polyester Geotextile layer as a separation layer above roof surface. Providing and applying 1.2 mm thick Fosroc Proofex ORG I synthetic membrane of TPO manufactured by extrusion which enables the production of a single layer membrane, each of the two surfaces being a different color to form a signal layer. Material shall conform to the physical and chemical properties given in the Fosroc Proofex ORGI datasheet and shall have the following features Signal layer High mechanical resistance. Resistance to wash-out waters action Resistance to roots Resistance to low temperatures Resistance to eddy currents Resistance to bursting (c) Metal termination bar Providing & fixing metal strip along with mechanical anchor and filling the mouth with PU / Polysulphide sealant etc. complete at termination level of membrane as per manufacturer specification etc. complete. Demolition of Re-inforced Cement Concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of bulding is including in this item.

M&L for preparing newly plastered/unplastered or previously untreated walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on plastered surfaces,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of bulding is including in this item.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/stone or concrete surfaces including roof facia and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement incl WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a) Water proofing compound should be measured and paid separately under item Sch'A' (b) Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of bulding is including in this item.

Taking down of cement or cement plaster work any description from brick or stone wall etc including roof facia, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cost for use of scafolding upto 10 mtr height of bulding is including in this item.
