Serial item No 3 Contd.... (ii) The contractor should provide latest LM-79 & LM-80 reports for street light fittings from ERADA/CPRI. The quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive for above stipulations. (iii) All LED light/luminaries must meet the provision laid down in IS -16101, 16102 Part - I/II, 16103 Part - I, 16104. 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part - II / Section 13. (iv) LED light fittings is required to be fixed on steel tubular poses/PCC poles or swan neck swaged tubular poles with all T&P and accessories etc complete including making connection , testing etc complete. No extra payment shall be admissible on these account. (v) Contractor shall furnish a written replacement warranty to the department in favour of GE for a period of 3 (Three) years from the date of completion of the work. The complete documents regarding warranty shall be handed over to the GE at the time of execution of the items. For this purpose, contractor may obtain Warranty/ Extended warranty from the manufacturer for the above period. (vi) The warranty furnished by the contractor shall meet the reqirement in following conditions :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen of the LED/Luminaries. (vi) The consolidated rate for Srl Nos. 3.0 & 3.10 shall be quoted against Srl No. 3.0 of BOQ.

Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing of High Intensity type LED based street light of 45 + 3 watts rating enclosed in high grade aluminum pressure die-cast housing with heat resistant toughened flat glass suitably gasketed all including high power LEDs with secondary lens optics, surge protection device (SPD), inbuilt micro controller power supply, BIS registered potted driver with 'R' Number, Ingress protection IP-65/66, operating voltage range 120 V - 270 V, 50 HZ, AC heat management compliance & system efficancy of fitting should not less than 100 lumen/Watt. Lumens Flux 4500 Lumen, inbuilt micro controller power supply, easily adjustable for different mounting pipes, seprate electronic driver cabin fully compliance to IS-10322, dust and water proof cabinet, Effeciency of driver electronic not less than 90%, power factor of complete fitting not less than 0.95, Lamp life should not be less than 50000 operating hours with L 70 criterion. Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) less than 15% Minimum view angle of the LED not less than 120 degree, colour Rendering Index (CRI) not less than 70, CCT 5700K-6500K, Ratio of minimum and average illumination shall be minimum 0.3, Working Temperature 30º C to 60º C, Working Humidity 10% to 90% RH and connecting upto street light feeder/junction box with & including three runs of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, weather proof, multistranded copper conductor cable of 1100 Volts grade & testing complete all as specified & directed. Note :- (i) The contractor should give warranty for the complete fitting including its LEDs, Lens, Driver, SPD, Protection devices and all Electric/Electronics connected parts for minimum 3 (Three) years and Contractor should submit manufacturers warranty certificate for fittings for minimum 3 (Three) years in writting.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or for laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested,poles, stays, struts have been erected and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material (Soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cable and Supplying, Fixing/laying, jointing and testing and commissioning, LT under ground cables, 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminuim conductors, laid in trenches, ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

2 core 16 Sqmm

3.5 core 35 Sqmm

3.5 core 50 Sqmm (Note :- Excavation & earth work, GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule.)

M & L sand cushioning for under ground cable 23cm thick (one layer of 8cm thickness before laying the cable and other layer of 15cm thickness after laying the cable) all as directed. (NOTE- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.)

M & L for brick protection for UG XLPE cable with burnt clay FLY ASH bricks, old size laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick 10mm with width equal to length of brick in trenches across the cable complete all as directed.

S & F in replacement Galvanised steel tubing 40mm bore light grade for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls/under road crossing/laid in trenches etc conforming to IS-1239 complete all as directed. (Note : Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of this Schedule).

M & L for trenchless boring in any strata of soil across road, pavement, hardstanding etc by using modern ultra sound technology upto a depth as directed but not less than 0.60 mtr below GL/ road, pavement, hardstanding etc level for laying of LT cable under road, pavement, hardstanding etc without damaging existing under ground materials including provision of HDPE pipe of 80mm dia of 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT panel and Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (incl CPRI type test certified), LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) of approximate dimensions (as per Indian Electricity rules) not less than 75Cm x 60Cm x 30Cm to accommodate following components, outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bars 200 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front & rear opening type with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, internal wiring with PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 sqmm. The scope of work includes the following:- INCOMING & OUTGOING (a) Aluminium bus bar of rating 200 Amps for four pole including PVC heat shrink sleeves (RYB & N ) : 01 Set (b) MCCB four pole 160 Amp confirming to IEC 60947-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 25 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete - 01 No.

(c) MCB SP 32 Amps, 230 volts, B-curve rupturing capacity 9 KA conforming to IS-8828-1996, IEC-60898 - 03 Nos (d) MCB SP 06 Amps, 230 volts, B-curve rupturing capacity 9 KA conforming to IS-8828-1996, IEC-60898 - 03 Nos (e) Digital Crono Timer switch 110-240 Volts AC, 50/60Hz, tolerance -20% to +10%, Contactor 16 Amps (NO) & 5 Amps (NC) @ 240 VAC/24 VDC compatible for settings by date, position co-ordinates, fuse 50 A RKS time day type suitable for use on a circuit capable of delivering not more than 5000 RMS symmetrical Amp 600 V max. {Model & Make : Cat Part No. 67DDTO-02 Nos including 32A MNX32 Contactors-02 Nos of Make L & T or equivalant model of Makes listed in Appx 'D' to Particular Specification} Notes (a) All armoured cables shall enter through bottom of the feeder pillar duly glanded and socketed and connected to MCCB/cable terminal. Cost of glanding socketing etc are deemed to be included in the unit rate of feeder pillar. (b) All the out going cable shall be terminated in bakellite cable connector and shall be duly glanded and socketed. (c) All the cables (power and control wiring ) should be terminated duly socketed with heavy duty tinned copper lugs, GI bolts/screws nuts, flat washers and spring washers as required. (d) White acrylic marker plate (for feeder / switch marking ) to be provided with black lettering by heat press machine as indicated in drawing and to be pasted over the panel door/near the cable connector with high quality adhesive. (e) The cost of platform/foundation with PCC shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (f) The consolidated rate for Srl No. 13.00 & 13.10 shall be quoted against Srl No. 13.00 of BOQ.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to galvanized strip 32x6mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of strip and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on srl page No 497 of SSR Part I (2009) drawing and connection to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed, . Notes :- (i) Outer edge of earth pit shall be 1 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. (iii) The cost of excavation, earth work is included in the quoted rate.
