Labour for removing unservceable/damaged legs of charpoy GI pipe and fixing leg made out of short rails obtained from Srl No 8 here-in-above threading and fixing in position complete as per drg. (FD-220)

(FD-220) Material and Labour for removing of unserviceable long rail having both thread broken at end and supply and fixing new long rail GI tubing 32 mm bore medium grade duly threaded at both ends, all as specified and shown on drg make of GI pipe shall be ISI Marked.

ALMIRAH SMALL STEEL MEDIUM WITH SHELVES (FD-350/1032/67) Overall size shall be 760mm long, 440mm wide and 1270mm high. Lock shall be provided with duplicate keys. 1mm thick MS sheet shall b provided for leg, body and shelf. three butt hinges of 75mm thick to each shutter. Handle shall be chrome plate. Two coat of enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray on all surface. Rest all as per drg & as specified.

Bed Hard Steel (FD/E6/MAP/08R) All as shown on drawing. The complete frame work shall be made of CRCA box section with 18 guage . Long rails and short rail shall be made of 25mm x 65mm box section of 18 gauge. Frame work for foot/head board shall be 18mm x 18mm box section of 18 gauge. The bed top shall be 12 mm thick plywood top BWP grade confirming to IS 710. The main frame work for foot/head board along with legs shall be made out of CRCA box section of 38mm x 38mm with 18 G thick. The foot board / head board shall be covered with 18mm thick prelamintated particle board exterior grade with 0.8 mm thick PVC edging with edge bander machine. Detachable head board and foot board Complete shall be provided with hard top. All metal work shall be powder coated (Black) . All joints / gaps shall be filled with metal putty / primer before powder coating. . Inner hard rubber shoe shall be provided to each legs. Complete all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

(FD-220) Material and Labour for removing of old unserviceable nylon newar of Charpoy GI pipe and fixing of 12mm thick ISI mark ply wood commercial both faces of single piece on the top of charpoy, complete from long rail to long rail and short rail to short rail, BWR grade by making 12 Nos holes (04 nos each long rail and 02 Nos on each short rail) with nuts and bolts of 6mm dia including bolts lenght upto 50mm with GI washer of 3mm size and provision of 02 Nos flat iron stiffener 40 X 6 mm from long rail to long rail of charpoy duly holed below ply for support including painting with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Frame of charpoy shall be tightened before fixing ply, all as specified.

Material and Labour removing existing old unserviceable 3 way GI albow 32mm bore and supplying and fixing of new elbow (ISI marked), all as specification. (FD-220)

Almirah Mess Utensils (FD-93(M)) Overall size shall be 1065mm long 280mm at top & 495mm at bottom wide and 1670mm high. Wood shall be first class hard wood teak. All exposed surfaces of teak wood and teak veneered surfaces shall be French polished. Rest all as per drg & as specified.

Material and labou removing old unserviceable wooden blocks from the lower end of legs and material and labour for welding MS sheet 50mm dia, 4 mm thick to legs of GI pipe charpoy, Complete all as specified. (FD-220)

Rack Adj Six Tier Steel (FD-1038) Over all size shall be 915mm long 610 mm wide and 1905mm high. Four nos vertical angle iron of 40mm x 40mm x 4mm shall be provided at the corners of the rack. Top, bottom, sides, back and shelves shall be made of 1mm thick mild steel. All exposed steel surface shall be painted with two coat of light grey coloured enamel paint over a coat of primer. Rest all as per drg.
