Providing lift attendent for 8 and 13 passanger lifts, persons having responsibility of 37 blocks from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs per day equally distributed or as directed (06 persons/day x 334 days shall be employed for lift operation in general shift) including cleaning the lifts, lift well and machine room on day to day basis and inform the concerned JE E/M and lift mechanic including rescue team in the event of unserviceablility/failure of lift at the earliest and maintain a complaint register for all 37 blocks and put up to Engineer-in Charge on weekly basis.
Note The block will be distributed by JE E/M at his own descreation.

All team members will be provided with non camera qwerty GSM mobile phone as approved by accepting officer and station authorities and their mobile phone numbers shall be displayed in each Block and if any call recived by the team for rescue, the team shall immediately move to the location for rescue operation. The cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates and nothing extra shall be payable over and above for mobile sets, Sim, recharge what so ever required for communication.

It is the responsibility of contractor to provide weekly off reliever as per labour laws and make arrangement during the weekly rest/holiday/leave and the rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and no extra payment will be given to contractor on this account.
