Re-laying only of existing Jodhpur Stone Patti cable cover in Trenches for Under Ground Cable Protection (Serviceable Materials obtained from Item No. 9.00 here-in-before) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down/out unserviceable LT UG Cable of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with Walls/Poles including stone patti complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, lay, test and commissioning of LTUG, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, 1100V grade of size 240 Sqmm 3½ core electric cable with aluminum conductor, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armored with galvanized steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed, laid in trenches or passing through pipe, making all connections with and including provision of necessary glands, lugs, bushing etc as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Earthwork excavation sand cushioning ,Jodhpur Stone patti, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately in their respective items

NOTE FOR ITEM Nos 23.00 TO 26.00 BOQ srl Item No. 23.00, 24.00, 25.00 and 26.00 will be executed only after obtaining necessary recommendation of replacement from EI/AEI as per defined in the guidelines.

Dismantling & taking down ACSR conductor, of any size, after taking necessary shut down, for 11 KV HT/LT OH line, by loosening the binding wires, jumpers etc. for replacement of insulator / cross arms etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channels or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of 9 mtr long PCC/RCC poles after breaking the foundation concrete including necessary excavation of earth, filling the hole with broken pieces of concrete and making good the disturbed area by filling excavated earth, obtained from the hole for new pole to be erected nearby area, to match with the surroudings complete all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Transportation, fixng and errection of prestressed cement concerte pole 9 mtr long, miximum cross section 102mmx172mm at top and 102mm x 279 mm at bottom class-10 conforming to IS 01678 and including making alternate white and black strips 30cm height (total No-05 Nos), primer two cots of synthetic enamle paint oer a coat of primer complete all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cross arms bracing support clamps and back plates channel or angle section nuts bolts etc after painting with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of cross arms/clamps/nuts/bolts/washers etc. (as dismantled under item No. 28 above) on the refixed/new steel poles of any length with one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Restretching only existing ACSR of any size on HT/ LT pole including binding the ACSR with insulators, aluminium binding wire complete all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The above work includes cleaning pruning of tree branches falling around the conductors (ii) One length shall be measured for complete span of 4/5/6 conductors & GI wire.

Supply and fixing aluminium conductor steel reinforced [ACSR] straining properly on insulators on PCC pole and binding with aluminium tape/binding wire, connectors, jumpers of required size etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade Including taking down old unserviceable Pin type Insulator complete all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F new Shackle type, Insulator porcelain, vitreous 75mm high and 90mm dia ball and socket type (white/brown/green) complete single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps syitable for ACSR conductor working pressure 1100 volts grade Including taking down old unserviceable Pin type Insulator complete all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate for foundation of stay assembly struts or pole or around the pole structure etc complete all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: PCC (1:3:6) work in around the pole structure min 100mm thickness after cleaning the surface area.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate for coping around poles including necessary form work finishing even and smoth with out using extra cement complete all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of PCC pole/struts as specified including necessary form work finishing even and smoth with out using extra cement complete all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of size 50mm dia for cable protection complete all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting the old existing LT panel board /feeder pillars of size 1200x1050x450mm including scraping and removing the old painted surfaces and painting /matching the same colour paint including two coats of super enameled paint (Gray paint) and without distrubing the existing electric system and removing grass and bushes including its roots growing around the panel complete all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down or removing of rusted body part/panel door existing LT Panel feeder pillar box of any size and shap, supply, fixing and febrication CRCA sheet upto 3.15mm thick in existing, shape and size with and including all jointing material such as hinges, nuts, bolts or washer and welding etc complete all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (i) The panel board repaired shall be made totally enclosed, weather proof/wemin proof for installing incoming/outgoing MCCB/ Switch fuses/cable etc complete all as directed. (ii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be with and including necessary cutting, welding, levelling and jointing etc. as directed to match & accommodate with the existing feeder pillar box/panel board. (iii) The replaced porting shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamled paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) The rates quoted by the contractor deemed to be with and including dismantling/taking out/removing carefully, any damaed part/portion of the feeder pillar box/panel board as directed.

S&F in repair of GI wire (guard wire) of dia 4 mm minimum complete fixing below the HT /LT over head line counductor including fixing on height of 6 to 9 mtr above ground level in shape and size complete all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Complete in all respect including the arrangement of tools requested to be carry for job.

Cuttting / trimming of tree branches in close proximity to over head lines to maintain a clearance of 1.5 meters from the over head line to nearby trees complete all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Only effected area of over head conductor shall be measured as per running meter.

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 3 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on complete and including dismantling/taking down Old unserviceable Earthing complete all as speficied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F feeder pillar made out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet, power coated minimum 80 Micron, weather proof, size not lett than 800 (w)x600(H)x500(D) mm out door single dooor, with FRP inculstor 1100V, Aluminium Busbar 200 Amps current density not less than 2.0 shall be mounted on MS angle stand 40x40x5mm height 400mm above ground level and 200mm under PCC structure, earthing bolt to be provided M10 complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and including taking down old unserviceable feeder pillar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F feeder pillar made out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet, power coated minimum 80 Micron, weather proof, size not lett than 800 (w)x600(H)x500(D) mm out door single dooor, with FRP inculstor 1100V, Aluminium Busbar 100 Amps current density not less than 2.0 shall be mounted on MS angle stand 40x40x5mm height 400mm above ground level and 200mm under PCC structure, earthing bolt to be provided M10 complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and including taking down old unserviceable feeder pillarcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking out existing broken/unserviceable stay assembly and S&F new stay assembly complete with accessories and GI stay rod 20 mm dia 1900 mm long, stay wire 7/4 mm stranded galvanised including mild steel stay plate 300 mm X 300 mm x 6 mm and galvanised thimble, galvanised steel 14 mm dia 400 mm long stay bow and GI nuts, washers including loop type insulator vitreous porcelain white, brown or green big size with overall dimensions 90 mm x140 mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm and shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
