Supplying and fixing cylindrical air vessel of continuous welded construction fixed at riser top made of 250 mm dia, fabricated out of 8 mm thick MS sheet, 1200 mm in height with flanged connection, Provision for 25 mm dia drain valve,air release valve,safety valve pressure gauge as required accessories and painting with two coats of Red Oxide and two coat of post office red enamel paint including The tank shall be installed on suitable vertical legs. The legs shall be provided with M.S. Angle of size 75 mm x 75 mm x 5 mm at the bottom. The legs shall be grouted in cement concrete foundation. as required. ( Air Release valve, Drain valve, PRV, Pressure Gauge shall be Paid Extra ). All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and Fixing of PN 16 Cast Iron Dual Plate Wafer Type Check Valve / Non return valve with SS / Bronze flap complete with 2 no. Matching Flanges (Minimum 16 mm thick), nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, etc as required of following sizes. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

Matching Flanges (Minimum 16 mm thick), nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, etc as required of following sizes. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Supplying and fixing of SS 304 Single / Double headed oblique pattern hydrant landing valve (internal/external) with 75 / 100 mm dia flanged inlet & 63 mm dia instantaneous type female outlet coupling with cast iron wheel complete with ABS cap and chain and all accessories as per IS:5290-93 (Type-A) in cluding matching flange (14 mm thick), nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, etc as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing orifice plate made of 6 mm thick stainless steel with orifice of required size in between flange & landing valve of external and internal hydrant to reduce pressure to working pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2 complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of flexible hose made with 100% polyester, black EPDM internal rubber lining with External coat of synthetic elastomer (IS:636, type-A) 63 mm dia, 15 mtr. Long RRL hose pipe with instanteneous type 63 mm dia SS-304 male and female couplings (IS:903) duly bound and riveted to hose pipes with copper rivets and SS wire etc. as required.Appropriate Test Certificate/ report with liable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted.

Supplying & fixing SS-304 Short Branch Pipe conforming to IS: 903:93 fitted with 20mm (nominal internal diameter) bore nozzle, for projecting water in form of solid jet. The Branch shall have 63mm Male Instantaneous Inlet, suitable for use with 63 mm size Fire fighting hoses. H.P. tested to 21 kgf/cm² for 2.5 minutes. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing first -Aid Fire hose reel Drum wall mounted swinging type with MS construction powder painted in post office Red, conforming to IS 884-1985 with upto date amendments, complete with the following as required. (A) Thermoplastic / Rubber Hose (B)20 mm dia UL, FM Bronze / SS nozzle with 5mm orifice (C)Drum and brackets for fixing the equipments on wall. (D) Connections from riser with 20/25 mm dia Brass/GM gate valves with screwed end and conforming to IS:778 Class-1 through Forged steel Screwed Union & M.S. pipe. Etc. as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of 750 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm Outdoor application Fire Hose Cabinet made of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet Duly powder coated in red color externally and white internally with 6 mm thick glazed doors with Expanded Metal 2 mm thick Jali including necessary locking arrangement suitable to accommodate 2 Nos 15 Mtr. Long RRL Hose and 1 No. branch pipe on Existing Wall / Angle Iron Frame as required. (Cost of MS structure for mounting Frame is to be Paid Extra) All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

Supply & Fixing of CO2 type Fire Extinguisher conforming to IS:15683:2018, charged with CO2 gas (purity 99.7% conforming to IS 15222), Powder coated Internal & External Surface Manganese steel ISI marked as per IS 7285 cylinder body , Wheel type Forged brass release valve ISI Marked as per IS 3224 with Inbuilt safety release device ((Fusible plug and Rupture Disc Type), 1.0 Mtr. Metal wire braided hose having minimum bursting pressure of 140 Kgf/cm2, Horn with metallic thread connection, QR code for Product Traceability, including Fixing on wall with suitable Anchor Fasteners as required of following capacity. Test Certificates of all the Parameters along with Hydro test & Burst test (For Cylinder Body) Certificate from OEM / External NABL Accrediated Lab is to be submitted. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

The Panel shall be able to give pin point location of addressable units via the address code for each unit. The Panel shall also be able to automatically switch off all control switches when-ever any Alarm is triggered. . The panel shall have 230 + 5 % volts power supply, Automatic battery charger 24V, sealed lead acid maintanence free battries sufficient for 24 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 30 minutes during emergency condtion. Loop interface cards, communication module, LCD/LED unit to indicate Fire / Fault Signal of individual unit, inbuilt networking port(both RS485&Ethernet),Serial port for printer,two supervisory inputs,two position key switch and USB port for programming.including the cost of all accessories Etc. as required.
