Repair to cement Plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 fine sand) including removal of old plaster in regular shape and white or colour washing

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc . Complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level using crusher broken aggregate :1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking block of M 30 grade manufactured from fully computerised automatic stationery hydraulic vibropressed machine and fully computerised automatic batching plant of class A1/A2 as per BS 6717:2001 with rubber mould technology including painting with lacker polising. The CC interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50 mm. thick bed of coarse sand and the joint on is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation of as approved by engineer incharge) 0.50mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 MPa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polister top coat 15 to 18 microns. sheet should have protective gard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12m or as desired by engineer incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self taping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ virtical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and truss and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
