Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengtheing with cement mortar 1 : 3 in following steps i) Choping loose and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. ii) Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. iii) Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured's specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. iv)Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. v) Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. vi) Cure the plastered surface for 15 days

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary :4 mm thick plain glass panes

Spreading of hot blown bitumen (IS grade 25/85, 25/90 industrial grade) applied at 1750 to 1800 C @ rate of 1.70 kg/sqm complete

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 LTR/Sqm by the same membrane manufactued of density at 2500 C 0.87 -0.89 kg/ltr and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc. and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be under :-Joints strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23˚ C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudical and transverse direction as 60/80 N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150˚ C cold flexibility shall be up to -2˚ C when tested in accordance with ASTM D-5147 ( The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized application of the manufacture of membrane).3 mm thick

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work
