Add Extra for brick work in Square or Rectangular Pillars : Up to 45cm length and all sides are free

Structural Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and frame work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete above plinth level upto 4.5 m. height in flats,tees, angles and channels.

Providing corrugated G. I. Sheet roofing fixed with G. I. J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G. I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coat of approved paint on over lapping of sheet complete [up to a pitch of 600] & excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses for class of sheets 0.60mm thick.

Providing & fixing of Precast concrete interlocking blocks of M-30 grade manufactured from fully computerised automatic stationary hydraulic vibro-pressed machine and fully computerised automatic batching plant class A1 / A2 as per BS : 6717-2001 with rubber mould technology including painting with lacker polishing. The C.C. interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm, thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand . Laying procedure on compacted sub base as defined. Compete job is to executed as per the instruction of Engineer-Incharge.The rates to be incusive of all lead, lift and taxes. Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finished, 20mm thick

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : two or more coats on new work including preparation of base with primer, putty, lippy complete in all respect

Painting with Enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:- Two or more coats on New work

Repair to cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 [1Cement : 6 fine sand] including removal of old plaster in regular shape and white or colour washing.

Demolishing Cement concrete i/c disposal of material within 50 mtr. Lead , 1:3:6 or richer mix .

Dismantling stone rubble masonry including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtr lead : In cement mortar

Dismantling steel work in built up section without dismembering including stacking within 50 Mtr. Lead.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and clearing the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metre lead

Making holes in stone masonary wall upto 450 mm x 450 mm size and making good in cm 1 :6

Providing and fixing rigid PVC pipe [IS:4985 mark] class II [4 Kg/cm2] appproved quality/make including jointing the pipe with solvent cement , rubber ring & lubricant , 110 mm. dia.
