Providing new /restoration of decorative sandstone columns as per the original details found on site of size around 2.1 to 2.5 metres in height & (square/ rectangular upto 200 mm x 400mm ). The damaged portions of the original column to be carefully dismantled without damaging the adjacent areas, & replacing the same with new detail of the same size & design. Sample of the terra cotta column to be shown to the Engineer in-charge for approvals before procuring & fixing the same on site. Providing and fixing fine dressed sand stone " Gardana of sand Stone " on top of the wall at varandha as per existing matching , fixing in grinded lime surkhi mortar 1:2 including pointing in cream and stone powder 1:1 with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone complete in all respect. above 100 mm to 150 mm thick plain with fine dressing.

Stone work, plain in copings, cornices, string courses and plinth courses, upto 75 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade.

Making Mehrab's, Arches, pillars, highly decorative creepers, flower of small sizes etc.in lime Surkhi plaster (1:2) as per B248old traditional practices (Arches, Mehrab's) in three coats for base course and subsequent course and Loi tamping, beating till the shrinkage cracks are disappear than making ornamental flowering/design etc. The work is to done with all leads and lifts as per work of restoration nature as per Jaipur practice.

S&F following sizes (dia.) of ISI marked virgin material MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) PVC conduit along with ISI marked (IS:3419-1988) accessories as required in recess including cutting the wall, covering conduit and making good the same as required.
