M-20 Grade Concrete (1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) -As per design mix)

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar. 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

Kota stone slab flooring 25mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : Area of each slab 900 to 2000 sqcm

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S including cost of adhesive of approved quality. 1.5 mm thick.

Providing & fixing door, window, chowkhats and other frames, including anti termite treatment, M.S. flat, hold fasts of size 250 x 40 x 3mm fixed with M.S. bolt 5mm dia 50mm long duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade : Second class teak wood

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion. Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) : With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness

Providing and fixing Pre-laminated flat pressed 3 layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination Grade I, Type II exterior grade IS : 12823 marked in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurethane primer (fittings to be paid separately). 18 mm thick

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.
