Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Earth filling with available surplus soil excavated from foundations and taken only from outside of building plinth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer including ramming and watering and consolidation with lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking 3 km.

Construction for tube well up to 100mtr depth and above in all type of rocks by DTH system and over bur dun, to accommodate casing pipe of following size in all type of soil and over bur dun incl. lowering of casing pipes, but excl. cost of casing pipes as per is : 2800 (part I&II) 1979 specification the work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a throughout boares per nominal dia. Of casing pipe A 150 mm dia nominal bore.

Supply of ERW ms black casing pipe ISI marked (IS:4270/1992) of grade fe 410 of following size of site of work B 150mm nominal bore of pipe 168.3 mm outer dia 5mm thick mass of tube 20.13

Supply of 100mm dia submersible pumping set confirming to is 8034-1989 confirming of submersible motor as per 9283-1995 of sufficition horse power coupled to a pump of duty condition detailed below crampon, greaves, ksb, termo, plug, calama ISI make with clear water filled with submersible cable. The motor shall have one cable lead of minimum 3 mtr. Length with suitable control panel excl. meter box the the motor shall be suitable for a application in respect of corrosion resistance & mechanical performance continuously under water & the motor start shall be stainless steel or gr. 431 or gr. 410. the motor shall be suitable for entire working range of pump from 10% to 25% of rated 36 MEG & running capacitor & connection diagram fixed inside box with earthling provision as per is specifications. The over all efficiency of pump set should not be less than 25% 3 HP (69-125 mtr)

Supply of bore well cover to aceommotate 125mm ims pipe made of ms flat & ms sheet as per drawings

Supply & Fixing MS clamp set of 50x6mm flat from iron with nuts and bolts etc. for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank

Providing & erections of aluminum service we line complete as per specification. (A) 2 Core 10mm

Installation of electric panel box with startter and making connection of ms frame structure complete job & authomision as per scope & soecification & as per direction of EIC.
