Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level 1 : 5 : 10 (1 cement : 5 fine / coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth. Cement mortar 1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement –All work upto plinth level: 1: 1 ½ : 3(1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Brick work with bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering up to two stories or height up to 7.5 meter above plinth level including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto two stories excluding the cost of centring , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement: M-20 Grade Concrete (1:1 ½ :3 (1 cement : 1 ½ coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) –As per design mix)

Reinforcement for R.C.C work at all levels including straightening cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete. Cold twisted bars.

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

Providing and fixing of 60mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver block casted with rubber moulds in approved reflective colour and design having minimun compressive strength of 300 kg/ sq cm. The CC paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing Granite stone slab mirror polished and machine edge cut in walls, pillars, steps, shelves, sills counters,, floors etc. laid on 12mm (Av) thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement :3 coarse sand) jointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 White cement :2 marble dust) with pigment to match the shade of the marble slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing complete. South (Red) Above 3601Cm2 Slabs.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions., at top, bottom and sides with required PVC /neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth , rust free, straight , mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle , Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the directions of Engineer-in Charge .(Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately ): For fixed portion. Powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50micron)

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

Providing & Fixing 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS : 12823 grade I type II, in paneling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer – in – charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) with float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness.

Providing and fixing closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100mm sand cast iron P or S trap , 10 litre low level white P.V.C flushing cistern with manually controlled devices (handle lever ) conforming to IS : 7231 , with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C pan of size 580x440mm with integral type foot rests

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required. White vitreous china wash basin size 630 X 450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps.

Extra for providing edge moulding to 18mm thick marble stone counters, vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer in –charge. Granite Work.

Providing, lowering, laying in trenches, aligning, fixing in position and jointing socketed rubber gasket type ISI marked uPVC pipes of class III (6Kg/sqcm) suitable for potable water with rubber ring accessories (excluding specials) complete including all materials labour, hydraulic testing and commissioning as per technical specifications and as per direction of Engineer.
