SIT UP BOARD DOUBLE • PRODUCT DIMENSIONS: - 1760mm (Length) x 1140mm (Width) x 660mm (Height). • SAFE WORKOUT AREA: - 2500mm (Length) x 1600mm (Width). • The Sit up Board double made from "B" Class GI pipe. • The main frame is of 25mm NB made from "B"Class GI pipe. ms pipe of 2"x1" or cheqer plate should be used on structure. • The remaining frame of the sit up board is of 65mm NB made from "B" class MS pipe. • The powder coating is done with Pure Polyester powder with 60 to 70 micron thickness. • The foundation used for fixing is a structure and made from center pipe of MS 65MM NB "C" class Welded with M.S. round plate of 0250 mm & 8mm thick.

SEATING & STANDING TWISTER • DIMENSIONS: - 1700mm (Length) x 540mm (Width) x 1250mm. (Height). • SAFE AREA: - 3 Mtr x 1Mtr. • Seating &Standing Twister equipment made from "B" Class G.I. pipe of different NB. NB stands for Nominal Bore Sizes i.e. Internal Diameter of pipe in millimeters • The Center Pipe is of 100mm NB made from "B" Class G.I. Round Pipe. • The M.S. round plate of 0250 mm & 8mm thickness is welded at bottom. • Handle and Bottom sleeve pipe of 25mm OD with thickness 5mm provided for easy assembly, replacement and maintenance. • The bottom frame of the Seating & Standing twister is of 32 NB, 80 NB, and 25 NB made from "B" class G.I. pipe. • The handle frame of Seating & Standing twister is 25 NB & Foot resting frame of seating side is made from "B" class G.I. pipe of 25mm NB. • The foundation used for fixing is a structure and made from center pipe of MS. of 65 NB "B" class, Welded with M.S. round plate of 0250 mm& 8mm thick. • The Twister plate fitted on the bottom frame is made up of M.S. Seated Puller • DIMENSIONS: - 1900mm (Length) x 740mm (Width) x 1920mm. (Height). • SAFE AREA:- 1.2Mtr x 3Mtr • Seated puller equipment made up of "B" Class G.I. pipe of different NB. NB stands for Nominal Bore Sizes i.e. Internal Diameter of pipe in millimeters • The center pipe is of 100NB made from "B" Class G.I. pipe. • Bottom support i s of M.S. round plate of 0 250 mm & 8mm thickness is welded. • All linkages are made up of 25NB "B" class G.I. pipe. • The handle frame is of 32NB "B" class G.I. pipe. • The seat frame is of 32NB "B" class G.I. pipe, • To build structure bushes are used which are made from seamless pipe of 50mm O.D. and 5mm thickness as well as 50mm diameter solid bar bush is used. • The foundation used for fixing is a structure and made from center pipe of ms of 65 NB "C" class. Welded with M.S. round plate of 0250 mm & 8mm thick. • The seats and Back rests are fitted on the outer frames a r e made up of M.S. Sheet of size 330 mm X300 mmX2mm thickness and deep drawn and pressed in tools and dies to have uniform radius of 20 mm with no sharp edges. • Closing Caps are made up of high qualityLLDP Plastic material. • Pins used of Diameter 25mm and 17mm are made up from SAE 8620 bright material. • The bearings used are of " 6205zz" and "6203zz" permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed brand. • High tensile steel with galvanized nuts & bolts are used for assembly. • The powder coating done with Pure Polyester powders of Ackzonoble or Berger Paints with 60 to 70 micron thickness.
