Brick masonry work with First class FPS bricks (min. 10.5 Mpa) in cement mortar with mechanical mixer in substructure/ super structure at all levels complete as per clause 1300 and 2200 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, scaffolding etc but excluding pointing and plastering.In cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. completeHot finished welded type tubes

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.80mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m²

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing welded mesh/expanded metal mesh 25 mmx 25 mm x 3mm in frame work, flat iron beading 20x3mm including top cross laps inside and out sides welding, iron bolts, crews, clips etc. including two coat of red oxide and two coat of enamel paint or more required complete with frame work with 50 X 50 X 6mm angle iron post 30 cm in ground embeded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30X30X45cm) at corner and every three mtr including painting with one coat of primer and two coat of enamel paint work will be done as per direction of engineer incharge of size complete in all respect. Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately). Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-incharge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) : With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness

Providing and fixing 12mm thick Pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing IS : 3564 marked aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS : 6315 marked, for doors including cost of cutting floors as required, embedding in floors and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.With brass cover plate

Providing and fixing expanded grill made of Anodised aluminium as per design and drawing having member section of 7.5 mm x 6.0mm and of size 102 mm x 99mm to aluminium window/vent with required screws .Y and H aluminium section (as per drawing ) st the end and middle joints respectively complete in all respect as per direction of Engineeer -in- charge.Based on PWD BSR 2022

S&F fixed wire gauge of stainless steel of 14 mesh x 24 mesh to aluminium window by aluminium beading 20x3 mm suitable screws at not exceeding 150 mm distance at all height with all lead and lift with scaffolding .Based on PWD BSR 2022
