Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface with bitumen emulsion as per IS 8887 and appvoed quality @ 0.2 kg/sqm with the help of spray set fitted on bitumen container (boiter) after cleaning the surface with brooms of soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and compressed air to receive bituminous treatment complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour machinery lighting guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Providing and laying bitumnous macadam in 50/75 mm compacted thickness on prepared surface with specified graded curshed stone aggregates as per Table 500-4 grading-II for base/binding course loading of aggregate with FE loader heating and mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in computerised hot mix plant transported to site by tippers to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with power oller and vibratory compactor as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction cmplete as per clause 504 if NiRT&H specification and including all material labour machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of devers on but excluding cost of primer/tack coat with bitumen VG-grade 30 @3.3% (percentage by weight of total mix)

Providing and laying open presded carpet 20mm thick (compacted) on prepared surface on a single course as weaning course composeed of specified graded coursed stone aggregate as per table 500-23 premixed with bitumnous binder @14.60 kg/10 sqm(including cost of aniti stripping compound wherever required) including loading of material with FE loader not mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in computerised hot mix plant transporting line mixed materal by tippers to paver and laying with paver finisher fitted with electronic sensor control to the required level and grade compacting smooth wheeted roller 8-10 tonne capacity and finishing to required level to achieve the desired density as per clause 511 or MoRT&H specification including all material labour machinery lighting gurading and maintenance of diverision but excluding cost of tack coat / seal coat with bitumen VG grade-30

Scarifying existing granular road surface, including picking up scarified material and stacking of old serviceable material within a lead of 1000 mtr. Complete as per clause 305.4.3 of MoRT&H specification including all labour machinery lighting guarding and maintenance of diversion

Centering and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stones or height upto 7.5 metre above plinth level including strutting propping etc. and removal of rorm fro foundations footing s bases of ..
