Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-15 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification . 50mm thick.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories or height upto 7.5 metre above plinth level including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto two stories excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: M-20 Grade Concrete (1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) -As per design mix)

Providing and fixing of 60mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver block casted with rubber moulds in approved reflective colour and design having minimun compressive strength of 300 kg/ sq cm. The CC paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications (Category ‘B’ Denated only two side like I,Z,T shape etc.)

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land complete as per MoRT&H specification clause 305. (Lead taken upto 5 km)

Grassing with 'Doobs' grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth if needed. In rows 15 cm apart in either direction

Construction of Tube-well upto 100 Meter depth and above in all type of rocks by DTH system and over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils and over burden including lowering of casing pipes but excluding cost of casing pipes as per IS : 2800 (Part I & II) 1979 specifications. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a throughout bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe: 125 mm dia Nominal bore

Supplying and Laying ISI marked P.V.C. insulated submersible cable as per PWD specification for electrical Works confirming to IS:694 and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade .Wire should be made from 99.99% purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free ( 10 ppm) for less chances of oxidization and higher silver content for gives better conductivity , insulation PVC type A or C ,flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per VDE 0298 part 4 including making connection etc. as required. OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for wires. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections. Supply Installation testing & Commissioning of Radial / mixed flow ISI marked water filled submersible motor pump sets suitable for 100/150mm dia borewell. The size of adopter fixed on top of the motor should exceed the top of coupler , for safegaurd the coupler. The construction material of motor and pump should match IS: 8034:2018 and IS 9283 guideline. The radial flow pumpset should operate at 5 star energy efficiency level of BEE and mixed flow pump set should operate at 3 star energy level of BEE, accompained by valid BEE certificate. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011 with required accessories including making connection suitable for Bore well. The job includes labour part of lowering of riser pipe G.I./ H.D.P.E. with rope, cables & pump, installation of complete fitting and accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board. All labour for testing of submersible pumps set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect . All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. SITC of wall/ free standing floor mounted dust and vermin proof compartmentalised cubical panel as per PWD specification for electrical Works, made out of CRCA sheet . Other parameters required as per point (a) ,(b), (c), (d) below:- (a)Thickness of sheet shall not be less than 1.6 mm up to 600 mm length / width of any compartment and be of 2.0 mm above 600 mm. Load bearing structure shall be of 2.0 mm thick sheet supported by base M.S. channel if required . Side walls and cable alley compartments having bolted type doors with / without detachable extension type structure (b) panel shall be duly treated for derusting in 7 tank process with dephosphating and with powder coating of minimum 70 microns on both side of panel in desired shade The panel having PU/ Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3mm thickness ,required hardware, separate detachable gland plate M.S. base channel (min75mm) , hinged door with locking arrangement for equipment/switchgear. (c) Interconnection between bus bar and switchgears /cable shall be rigidly supported and made out by flexible copper wires (up to 125 amp ) and by solid bus bar (125 amp ) . All joints /interconnections of copper bus bar shall be dully tinned . Clearance between main bus bar and risers / metal parts shall be at least 10 mm additional to width of bus bar Bus bar is insulated by Heat Shrinkable sleeves . Earth and Neutral bus bar shall be half of the size of phase bus bar. (d) only outer area on all sides shall be measured & panel to be fabricated only from CPRI approved fabricator.
