(10.5) Painting two coats on specified surface with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade, after thorough cleaning and necessary filling to give even shade as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour.

(31.63) Providing & fixing UV stabilised fibreglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing upto any pitch including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/ bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% Ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified. (B) 2mm thick flat.

(39.48) Supplying, erecting and fixing in position specified precast RCC bench made of RCC grade M-30 consisting of 2 Nos. “L” shaped base support of thickness 100 mm back height 1000mm, front height 450 mm, base width 420mm and 5 Nos. RCC planks of size of 1500x100 x 50 mm and 1 Nos RCC planks of 150x200x50mm including joining all parts with galvanised nuts and bolts of suitable size. All bolts to be sealed after assembly with nice finish and appearance and level complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in-charge. Every bench should have a manufacturer’s logo of appropriate size Engraved at suitable place.

() Providing & Fixing of BEE Star rated copper wounded double ball bearing capacitor start, aluminium body & Metallic blade ceiling fan Conforming to all the performance requirements laid down in IS 374:2019 including all amendments, as applicable ; & Carry BIS licensing (i.e. ISI marking) with down rod up to 80 cm with secondary support safety cable ( steel rope) , cotter pin with 3 x 1.5 sq.mm pvc insulated flexible copper conductor making connection testing etc. as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. (50.1.2) Wiring of light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor 1.1 kV grade and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) in recessed ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) virgin material PVC conduit & it's ISI marked (IS:3419-1988) accessories, round tiles, 1.2 mm thick Hot Dipped Galvanized Modular Box with earth terminal, 10A Modular switch, Modular face plate with grid plate, 3 pin ceiling rose / Holder /3 way connector, screws, making connections, testing etc. as required. (71.49.3) Supply, Installation, Testing and Comissioning of IS:1475 marked self contained drinking water cooler with hermetically sealed compressor,non CFC refrigerent suitable for operation on 230V/1pH/50Hz AC supply,Full stainless steel (SS304) body (0.8 mm thick) and tank (0.5 mm thick) , stainless steel water tray,minimum two nos Brass Chrome plated faucets and suitable drainage system complete in all respect with required height MS fabricated and Painted Angle iron frame (Cost of frame to be paid Extra) complete in all respect of the following capacity. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. () Providing and fixing of 60mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver block casted with rubber moulds in approved reflective colour and design having minimum compressive strength of 300 kg/ sq cm. The CC paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications.
