Providing and fixing of fuse box size 250(H) x 200(W) x 150(D) mm fabricated of 1.6mm MS sheet with hinged cover, dust and vermin proof, rubber gasket, locking arrangement, duly holded with 2 nos pole clamps of 20 mm x 3 mm flat with nut and bolts, complete with anticorrosive treatment, finished with two coat of approved enamel paint. The box shall be provided with 2 / 4 nos copper bus bar 125 x 20 x 3 mm with brass screws suitable supports,earth terminal, inter connection, knock outs for 20 / 25 mm cable gland, 1 no. 16 Amp kitkat fuse complete in all respect. Open Air Gym - Air Walker: Providing, designing and fixing of Air-Walker of size 1100 x 550 x 1480mm fabricated with main post of 114mm dia and 2.5mm thick and other pipes of 40mm dia 2.5 mm thick made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated 80-120 micron thick using Akzo Nobel or equivalent in desired shade and colour. All welding joints of pipe shall be robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. All open ends of pipe to be closed with GI/ LLDPE caps, base plate cover shall be made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational molding with minimum 3mm thickness, UV resistant and colour as approved by Engineer in charge. High quality grip rubber should be used on handles. Foothold shall be made of nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent impact and injury. Maintenance free bearings should be used in the equipments manufactured by reputed company duly oil sealed and self lubricated to be approved by Engineer-in-charge. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of granular sub-base by providing close graded material (Table 400-1), spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H specification clause - 401 including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.Grading - III Material

Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in concrete mixer, laid manualy, compacted with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Providing and laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete mix in pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to linesand grades complete as per drawing and as per clause 602, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.PCC M-20 -base of drain work For Pipe Line
