Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Add extra for doing centering and shuttering work for every additional height of 1 metre or part thereof beyond initial 3.5 metre height from floor level.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level: 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (As per design mix M25)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Add extra for doing centering and shuttering work for every additional height of 1 metre or part thereof beyond initial 7.5 metre height from plinth level.Extra for brick work in superstructure above two stories for each two stories or part thereof by mechanical means by lifting material using mobile crane .

Wall lining butch work upto 10m height with red/ white sand stone 40 mm thick rough facing on the exposed surface with stone strip of minimum length 300 mm and required width including embedding every tenth layer and bottom most layer in masonry or concrete after making necessary chases of size 75x75mm and by providing layer of 75mm thick strips i/c 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) i/c ruled pointing in cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Stone jali 40mm thick Red/Pink sand stone throughout in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade, jali patterns to be cut square to jali slab without any chamfers etc:

Providing and fixing single paitam (rebated) stone doors windows and ventilator frames of approved quarry in cement sand mortar 1:4: size 125x100 mm

Providing and fixing fully panelled/partly panelled/ double leaf shutter frame for doors as per approved design and drawings with approved ordinary C.P./ oxidised steel fittings as per Annexure - 'A' and width of styles & top rails of 100mm and lock rails width of 150mm and bottom rails of 200mm width including teak wood beading of size 19mm x 12mm on both faces complete : Ghana wood grade I

Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised Rigid PVC Single socketed pipes rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. 110 mm diameter

Providing and fixing to the inlet mouth of rain water pipe cast iron grating 15 cm diameter and weighing not less than 440 grams.

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm.

Making Mehrab's, Arches, pillars, highly decorative creepers, flowerof small sizes etc.in lime Surkhi plaster (1:2) as per ttraditional practices (Arches, Mehrab's) in three coats for base course and subsequent course and Loi tamping, beating till the shrinkage cracks are disappear than making ornamental flowering/design etc.

Wiring of light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) in recessed ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) vergin material PVC conduit & it's all accessories( J.B. , Bends etc.) , round tiles,18 SWG G.I. box with earth terminal, 6 A switch , 3 pin ceiling rose/ Lamp holder / 3 point Connector, 3.0 mm thick ISI marked phenolic laminated sheet (IS : 2036 - 1995), Al. alloy/ cadmium plated iron screws 20 mm cup washers etc. all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections, testing etc. complete as required. Supplying and drawing FR PVC insulated & unsheathed flexible copper conductor as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.99% purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free ( 10 ppm) for less chances of oxidization and higher silver content for gives better conductivity , insulation PVC type A or C ,flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per VDE 0298 part 4, , in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping including all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge,making connections, etc. as required. Providing & Fixing of 240/415 V AC MCB with positive isolation of breaking capacity not less than 10 KA (B/ C tripping characteristic as per type of load and site requirement) 4KV impulse withstand voltage, as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked IS 8828(1996) / conforming to IEC 60898-1 2002, IEC 60947-2, low watt losses, trip free mechanisum , energy limiting of class 3 as per IEC, minimum phase termination capacity of 5sq.mm. , conductorline load reversibility, label holding facility , IP 20 contact protection and fitted with existing distribution board/sheets, min. operation 20,000 upto 32 A rating and 10,000 upto 63 A, 5000 for 80 A rating including making connections, testing etc. as required. . OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab test reports before execution & All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Providing & Fixing of ISI marked (IS :3854) 16 amp. flush type non modular switch as per PWD specification for electrical Works, made out from industrial grade Polycarbonate or fire resistant ABS material , minimum width of switch toggle ( PUSH PART ) should not less then 16 mm, brass terminal & captive screws including cutting hole in tile and making connection testing etc. as required. Providing & Fixing of following size mounting grid plates with cover plates as per PWD specification for electrical Works, made from fire retardent UV established high performance engineering plastic suitable for all universal metal boxes for front installation & removal direct fit type complete in all respect.
