MINI SKY SURFING BOARD Providing and fixing of Surfing Board of size not less than 1000mm (length) x 600 mm (width) x 1400 mm (height), to build up the muscle groups of the waist, enhance the body coordination and flexibility. The main structure frame shall be made from G.I. pipe minimum of 127 mm "C" class welded with M.S. round base plate atleast @200 mm & 10 mm thick. The footrests shall be made from high quality fiber reinforced plastic material. High tensile steel with galvanized nut bolts shall be used for assembly. The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyster powder of Ackzonoble/Berger Nerolac with minimum 60 to 70 micron thickness, complete in all respect including fixing the M.S. holdfast in cement concrete to hold the whole structure, under the directions of Engineer-in-charge to fulfill the functional requirement. DUAL SKY STEPPER Providing and fixing of Dual Sky Stepper to enhance the mobility of upper and lower limbs and improve the flexibility of joints. The main structure frame shall be made from G.I. pipe minimum of 127mm "C" class welded with M.S. round base plate atleast @200 mm & 10 mm thick. The Handle Frame shall be made up of atleast 25 NB “C” Class G.I. Pipe. The footrests shall be made from Aluminum casting material of size not less than 130 mm x 310 mm x 5 mm thickness and mounted on M.S. Plate of size 130 mm x 310 mm x 3mm thick. High tensile steel with galvanized nuts and bolts shall be used for assembly. The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyster powder of Ackzonoble Berger/ Nerolac paints with minimum 60 to 70 micron thickness, complete in all respect including fixing the M.S. holdfast in cement concrete to hold the whole structure, under the directions of Engineer-in-charge to fulfill the functional requirement.
