Earth work for Sewer line and Manhole in excavation in foundation, trenches manholes, road side chambers etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level including allowances for any additional excavation beyond the drawings (measurement for payment to be as per standard drawings), re-handling of material/earth to complete the task. In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt,clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. Depth upto 1.5 m

Providing and laying un-reinforced, plain cement concrete mix in pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant, transported to site, laid spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades complete as per drawing and as per clause 602, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion for road restoration under sewer line and manhole work including allowances for any additional road restoration beyond the drawings (measurement for payment to be as per standard drawings) to complete the task.cement concrete 1:4:8

Providing, fixing of Plastic HDPE Circular Inspection Chamber made from 100% virgin UV Stabilized special roto moulding grade Polyethylene (PE) material having internal diameter of 600mm, shall provide access for cleaning and inspection, to be used in buried sewers for gravity system. Chamber shall be made as per EN 13598-1 for use in non- pressure underground sewerage system. It shall be used for receiving / connecting solid wall plain surface (PVC, uPVC, HDPE) or structured wall corrugated DWC) pipes or CI/FRP/CLAY/PP/RCC, etc. by use of appropriate transition adaptors; and/or for changing the direction of drainage / sewerage runs. Chamber shall have a base and riser shaft of internal diameter 600mm. Chambers shall be provided with arrangement for 4 nos. connections at the base and shall be designed to receive / connect various diameter pipes. Chamber shaft also shall be designed to receive / connect anywhere at the shaft level. Chamber base / shaft shall receive maximum of pipe having OD of 315mm. Chamber shall have integrated base benching. The riser shaft outside shall be reinforced with horizontal and vertical ribs of minimum 20mm thick and a projection of 40mm to enhance the products resistance to compression and anchoring in the soil. These ribs shall provide lift-retention system in case of ground water.
