Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in :in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) : FPS bricks.

Providing and fixing kitchen sink with C.I. brackets, C.P. brass chain with rubber plug, 40 mm C.P. brass waste complete, including painting the fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required : White glazed fire clay kitchen sink of size 600x450x250 mm.

Supply & installation of precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-incharge) 0.50 mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT), Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps,32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require : White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Wiring of light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / call bell point with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated unsheathed 1.1kV grade flexible copper conductor and 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper earth conductor (IS:694) of approved make in double lock/ ISI marked single lock pvc casing capping & it's accessories, 18 SWG M.S. box with earth terminal, screwless cage connectors for neutral looping in switch board & false ceiling point, 6 A switch 3.0 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet, zinc plated / brass screws, cup washers , making connections, testing etc. as required. Medium point (up to 6 mtr.)

P & F double ball bearing capacitor start ceiling fan of approved make complete with regulator and other accessories as required. (for estimation purpose only) 1200 mm sweep

P & F of ventilating fans, Capacitor start, single phase with PVC impeller, ABS body, automatic openable louver shutter in existing opening including making connection, testing etc. as required. 250 mm sweep

Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators side /top /centre hung with beading and all members such as F7D, F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and rivetted with 15x3mm lugs, 10cm long, embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, float glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make and a priming coat of approved steel primer excluding the cost of metal beading and other fittings except necessary hinges or pivots complete as per approved design.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately) : Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick Pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-incharge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) : With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness

Providing and fixing IS : 3564 marked Aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing, lowering, laying in trenches, aligning, fixing in position and jointing socketed rubber gasket type ISI marked uPVC pipes of Class III (6 Kg/sqcm) suitable for potable water with rubber ring joints (as per IS 4985-2000) of following outer dia with all accessories (excluding specials) complete including all material, labour, hydraulic testing and commissioning as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer. Note : E/w to be measured and paid separately. 110 mm dia

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank

Providing and fixing Granite stone slab mirror polished and machine edge cut in walls, pillars, steps, Shelves, Sills Counters, Floors etc. laid on 12mm (Av.) thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) jointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1white cement : 2 marble dust) with pigment to match the shade of the marble slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing complete. Above 3601 Cm2 Slabs

Kota stone slab flooring 25mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : Area of each slab 900 to 2000 sqcm

Providing and fixing of 60mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver block casted with rubber moulds in approved reflective colour and design having minimun compressive strength of 300 kg/ sq cm. The CC paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing precast cement concrete M-20 grade (Using mechanical Concrete Mixer) kerb stone top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high on 150 mm thick PCC M-10 grade foundation as per design, including fixing at site as per clause 408 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.
