Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto two stories excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: M-20 Grade Concrete (1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) -As per design mix)

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level uptotwo stories in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 zmm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

Kota stone slab flooring 25mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : Area of each slab 900 to 2000 sqcm

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (readymixed) of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification.Two or more coats on new work.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded 20mm nominal size stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 40mm thick

Wiring of light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) in recessed ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) vergin material PVC conduit & it's all accessories( J.B. , Bends etc.) , round tiles,18 SWG G.I. box with earth terminal, 6 A switch , 3 pin ceiling rose/ Lamp holder / 3 point Connector, 3.0 mm thick ISI marked phenolic laminated sheet (IS : 2036 - 1995), Al. alloy/ cadmium plated iron screws 20 mm cup washers etc. all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections, testing etc. complete as required. For specification of copper Conductor, Phenolic Laminated sheet's & Electrical/ Wiring accessories refer Chapter E - 04, E - 05 & E - 07 . For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR . Medium point (up to 6 mtr.)
