Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto two stories excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: M-20 Grade Concrete (1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) -As per design mix)

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

P & F 1st quality Vitrified Porcelain Polished tiles on floor, skirting and steps etc.in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufactuer) with water absortion less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colour and shade, laid with 20 mm thick CM 1 : 4 including grounting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc complete Size 600 mm X 600 mm

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames confirming to IS: 4351 manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including hinges jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm, or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge Profile B

Providing and fixing fully panelled/partly panelled/ double leaf shutter frame for doors as per approved design and drawings with approved ordinary C.P./ oxidised steel fittings as per Annexure - 'A' and width of styles & top rails of 100mm and lock rails width of 150mm and bottom rails of 200mm width including teak wood beading of size 19mm x 12mm on both faces complete : 35 mm thick Shesham wood grade I

Wiring of light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) in recessed ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) vergin material PVC conduit & it's all accessories( J.B. , Bends etc.) , round tiles,18 SWG G.I. box with earth terminal, 6 A switch , 3 pin ceiling rose/ Lamp holder / 3 point Connector, 3.0 mm thick ISI marked phenolic laminated sheet (IS : 2036 - 1995), Al. alloy/ cadmium plated iron screws 20 mm cup washers etc. all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections, testing etc. complete as required. S&F following sizes (dia.) of ISI marked virgin material MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) PVC conduit along with ISI marked (IS:3419-1988) accessories as required in recess including cutting the wall, covering conduit and making good the same as required. Providing & Fixing of ISO Certified company made BEE Star rated copper wounded double ball bearing capacitor start, aluminium body & Metallic blade ceiling fan as per PWD specification for electrical Works, Conform to all the performance equirements laid down in IS:374-2019 including all amendments, as applicable ; & Carry BIS licensing (i.e. ISI marking) or Quality Certification such as ISO - 9001 or above. with down rod up to 30 cm with secondary support safety cable ( steel wire ) , cotter pin with 3 x 1.5 sq.mm pvc insulated flexible copper conductor making connection testing etc. as required. Appropriate OEM test certificate shall be submitted by contractor. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
