Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-15 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification . including Providing/mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar.50mm thick.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories ( each story of height upto 3.5 metre from floor level) including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto two stories excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortarM-20 Grade Concrete (1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) -As per design mix)

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 12mm thick Pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Providing and fixing GI wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.56mm with wire of 0.45mm to existing steel door, window shutter frames with necessary M.S. strip beading 20x3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance etc. complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:

Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT & GLOSSY finished ceramic tiles colour such as standard white, grey, ivory, fume, red brown, light green, light blue, and other light shades with water absorption less than or equal to 0.08% confirming to IS : 13753 & IS : 15622 in floor, steps etc laid on bed on neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4) Size 300mm x 450mm

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps,32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require :White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required :.White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required :W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing PTMT angle stop cock 15 mm nominal bore. Weighing not less than 85 gms.

Fixing water meter and stop cock in G.I. pipe line including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws etc. complete (cost of water meter and stop cock to be paid separately).

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank

Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised Rigid PVC Single socketed pipes rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.

S&F following sizes (dia.) of ISI marked virgin material MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) PVC conduit along with ISI marked (IS:3419-1988) accessories as required in recess including cutting the wall, covering conduit and making good the same as required. Construction of septic Tank in all types of soil with 345 mm thick brick masonry in CM 1:6, 15 Cm thick C.C bed of 1:5:10, M-15 grade C.C flooring & over stone slab covering ,80 mm thick slab ,jointing of slab in CM 1:3. Ralthal, Kharanja, 50 mm thick stone partition walls, 20 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 finished with neat floating cement, 4 Nos C.I foot rests of approved design, two No. 450 mm dia each cement concrete cover with frame, earth work etc. complete as per approved drawing including disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 50 mtr:- Size 200x100x130 cm.(for 10 users)

Construction of soakage well in all type of soil with 345 mm thick dry masonry, top and bottom 300 mm course in CM 1:6, 80mm thick stone slab, jointing of slab in CM 1 : 3, Ralthal, Kharanja, 40 mm thick M-15 grade C.C flooring, earthwork complete as per approved drawing including disposal of earth within a lead of 50 mtr.:

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5mm size with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6mm with 40mm dia, steel pulleys complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).Ordinary cement without any pigment.

10cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25mm thick mud mortar with bhusha at 35kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow-dung) and covered with machine moulded tile bricks of class designation 125 conforming to IS : 2690 (Part I) -1992 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat.With machine moulded F.P.S. brick tiles
