Supplying and fixing in walls machine cut and polished stone shelves, tands and sills in CM 1 : 3 with machine cut edges : Kota stone 25 to 30 mm thick.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1 : 4 : 8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Polished Blue Kota stone flooring skirting, laid over 20 mm thick base of C.M. 1 : 4 and jointed with grey cement slurry to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete : For area of each slab from 901 to 2000 Sq.Cm : 25 mm thick slab.

Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete Birla/J.K./Nerolac or ISO. As per direction of Engineer in charge.

Rabdin Rubble stone masonry for foundation and plinth in cement sand mortar above 30 cm thick wall in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1-cement 6- sand)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary : 4 mm thick plain glass panes.

Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking blocks of 80mm thick (M-30 Grade) manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibto perssed machine & full computerized automatic batching plant of class A-I as per BS: 6717-2001. The CC interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compected sub base as defined. The work includes earth work in cutting of B/T road, cutting of WBM road and disposal of unserviceable Material with all leads & lifts and stacking of serviceable Material complete job is to be executed as per the instructions of Engineer-in- charge. Providing & fixing galzing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawing and the directions of engineer-in-charge (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item). a. With glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 13.75 kg./sqm) as per IS : 2835.

Providing & fixing vertical blinds, made out of non woven polyester fabric 85 to 90 mm wide of approved shade & design with power coated aluminium channel minimum 1“ x 1” system including cording set etc. complete as per specification & direction of engineer-in-charge.
