Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound inclusive type I reflectrosing glass beads as per table 800-9, 800-10 applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II in addition @ 250 gms per Sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC: 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MORTH specification clause 803.4.

Providing and fixing Machine pressed cement concrete (M-20) compressed with hydraulic compression machine kerbs or dands of size upto 60 cm. Length as per drawing, jointing with cement mortar (1:3) over 20mm thick base cement mortar (1:6) & painting the exposed surface with enamel paint of approved brand complete work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge size 15 cm. x 38 cm..

Supply & fixing of "L" type Bollard made out of 1.25mm thick M.S sheet, height 134 cm. welded in circular type ring section having upper dia 15 cm. and lower dia 21 cm. with another attachment of 15cm. X 15cm. circular section with 15 cm. face plate and hold fast at bottom , whole body is precessed in white stoving enamel and red reflective 3 hands, each of 7.5 cm. end one reflective sheet of 15 cm. dia provided to it, complete in all respect.

Median Markers: Providing & Fixing of median marker made of tough high impact resistance injection moulded thermo plastic body with an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length, height & width not less than 12cm, 10cm & 10cm respectively and thickness not less than 1.8mm. The median marker shall have flourescent yellow colour retro reflective sheeting of size not less than 8.5cm X 8.5cm and with fully reflective micro prismatic as its retro reflective elements and meet ASTM D4956-09 Type XI specification. The retro reflective sheeting shall be on both the sides of the median marker and shall be as protected with no exposed edges that prevent edge lifting, vadalism, sheeting damage etc. The median marker shall be fixed with a combination of epoxy adesive and grouting etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - In - Charge. The contractor shall submit 2 years pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacturer for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission

Supply & fixing Retro-Reflectorised route marker sign boards as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm, 3.65 m. long and fixed on 50x50x6mm angle iron frame with defination plate of 30cm. x 25 cm. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm.x45cm.x60 cm., 60cm. below ground level as per approved drawing.

Supply of direction and place identification sign boards made out of 2mm thick MS sheet framed to angle iron 40 x 40 x 5mm and 2 vertical posts of angle iron 65 x 65 x 6mm, 4.60m long with hold fasts including excavation and fixing with CC 1:4:8 (30 x 30 x 60cm) and transportation with painting with superior grade enamel paint of approved quality including lettering and figuring etc. complete as per IRC standard size 160 x 180cm (project board)

Reinforced cement concrete M30 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechnically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete work in slab in superstructure at any level excluding steel reinforcement but including center-ing and shuttering laid in position [MoRTH Specification : Clause 1000/1700]

Supplying, fititng and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specification MoRTH Section 1600,2200.

Providing and laying Random Rubble masonry in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres and 1.50 metres above Ground /Bed level.[MoRTH Specfication: Clause 1000/1400] Cement sand mortar 1:4

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipes N.P.4 for culverts including jointing ends and fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 [MoRTH Specfication : Clause : 1000/2900] 600 mm dia

Providing and laying Dry Boulder Pitching in flooring at all levles [MoRTH Specfication Clause: 2500]
