12.46.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: (A) Two or more coats on new work.

10.25.3 Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing upto any pitch including fixing with polymer coated ‘J’ or ‘L’ hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% Ultra-voilet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall confoim to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified.5.0mm thick (Wt. 8.4 Kg./Mtr. Sq.)

10.17.1 / B-10 Grading roof for water proofing teatment with water proofing compound Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size )

10.22/B-10 Providing Gola 75mmX75mm in cement conc. 1:2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) i/c finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand as per standard design.

14.2.1 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1: 3: 6 or richer mix.

10.20 Providing and fixing 20 mm thick precast terrazo tiles of approved make, with marble chips of size upto 6mm laid over roof with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including cutting ,grinding rubbing with machine complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement sand mortar 1 : 4.

13.29 Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengtheing with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps i) Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. ii) Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. iii) Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured's specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. iv)Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. v) Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. vi) Cure the plastered surface for 15 days All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect.

1.20.2/S-3 P & F Low level Flushing Cistern of 10 litres capacity (IS : 2556mark). Of approved make with complete fittings C.I. brackets duly painted, brass ball cock with ball, (IS: 1703 mark) complete including cutting and making good the wall: PVC with PVC bend as per IS : 7231 .

The System efficacy =125 lm/ wt and potted driver & has a unique BIS R number with Input Voltage AC 120 to 270 V AC with High voltage Cutoff @=300 V AC and Auto resetting Safety , Power Factor 0.95 driver Efficiency 85% ,THD(I) 10% Humidity 10% to 90% RH Working Temp -5C to 45C . driver current 750mA. The luminaire shall be BIS certified and Trade mark certified. Life Expectancy Equal or more than 50000 burning hrs with Minimum 70% lumen maintened , CRI 70 and CCT 5700K +355K. Surge protection shall be min ≥ 4 KV internal and min 10 KV external inside driver compartment. driver should be Phase to phase protection of 440 V for 4 Hrs. 18.18.3 Providing & Fixing of Street light bracket made out from following size of ' B ' class , Medium class G.I. Pipe confirming to IS : 1239 P - 1 ( 2004 ) with heavy duty pole clamp, Saddles suitable fastners etc. as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
