Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.:Dismantling Stone Masonry.Rubble stone masonry in cement mortar.

Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level.:In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc.:Depth upto 1.5 m

Providing Barricading for Trenches using 80 - 100 mm dia Wooden Ballies as vertical post, atleast 1.5m above ground level and atleast 30-45 cm below ground level at a spacing of 3 m. Two rows of PVC Tape (preferabley red in colour) strip arricading horizontal strip securely tied by the vertical members. Vertical members shall be painted in red and white colour. Rate is inclusive removal and cleaning of site complete in all respect.

Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking ::Earth Upto 20 km.:For Item No.: 1, 2, 3 and 16(Qty.x.05)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level.: 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Extra for random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto two stories.

Random Rubble stone masonary for foundation and plinth in Lime surkhi mortar 1:2 above 30cm. thick walls in : ( 1 Lime putty : 2 Surkhi including adding admixture like gur, methi etc. in mortar.)

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing & applying Lime kara 1:2 (1lime cream : 2 Zikki powder) grinding mortar with grinding mill/manually on lime base, on ceiling and all flat surface in two coats. First coat applying 3 mm to 4 mm thick and curing properly at least 7 days, second finishing coat done after 7 days of previous coat as per traditional practice.(thickness not more than 6 mm.)

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm.

Re-lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture

Extra over items of Cement Plaster /Cement Concrete flooring/Plain or RCC work Providing and mixing admixture of synthetic Fiber 6mm/12mm. @rate of 125gm. pack per 50Kg. of Cement or in the ratio of as specified by manufacture specification and direction of Engineer In-charges with all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying lime Dhar on roofing as per Rajasthan, Jaipur traditional practice with lime, Surkhi, old lime powder, brick aggregate 12 to 20mm (1:2:2:2) and using Methi, Gur, Hemp, Belgiri etc. including beating and temping 100 to 150 mm thick as per specifications. Including dismantling of old detoriated roofing

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75mm deep chase

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proffing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. b) laying second layer of Fiber glass cloth when the first layer is still green . Overlaps of joints of fiber cloth should not be less than 10 cm . c) Third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proffing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours.
