Providing Plumber/fitter for plumbing /sewerage rectification works with all required T&P i.e. pipe wrench for upto 4 inch dia water supply line, spanner set, adjustable spanner, deep socket for upto 40 mm dia fixtures, plier, drill machine with required bits, hammer etc. as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing Welder/fitter for welding work along with welding machine to carry out welding as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge including cost of consumable (electrodes).

Providing and fixing in position toughned glass of 12mm thickness all complete including minor cutouts/openings as per directions of Engineer-In charge

Providing and fixing of toughned laminated glass door (6mm+1.52mm+6mm) including stainless steel door handles,deadlock and floor spring complete necessary cutting in granite/stone/tile flooring for housing of floor spring as.drawing

Repair of Defective Rolling shutter with using any material required for bend repair,tightening of spring,bolt & Screw and welding by welder as a complete job as per the directions of Engineer-I-Charge( Upto 12 Sqm in area) (This item includes cost of necessary scaffolding,all lead & lift and consumables i.e Welding Electrodes of required specifications as per the requirements)

Extra for repairing of rolling shutter having size more than 12 sqm in area

Painting of piers,pier cap,portals and viaduct segments/I-gurders/U-girders including pedestal and stoppers at elevated section by providing and applying water based acylic anti carbonation coatings: (Bond by penetration of polymeric binder into concrete substrate) of approved brand and manufacture at all the location and levels,prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including preparation of surface by cleaning of dust,scrapping of any foreign substance,filling of Pin holes with cement putty,filling of honey combing with GP-2 mortar,grinding of edges,joint & slurry sopots etc. (If required any) complete.The material should have no residual electrostatic charge and should be zero volatile organic compound (VOC),weather proof advanced anti-algae and fungal resistance,excellent dirt resistance,Crack bridging ability,Excellent cross linking capability and should be single component,self priming,full proof system.The paint coating should be applied in two or more coats over and above one coat of primer to achieve even shade, colour and total minimum dry film thickness 250 micron including priming coat.The system shall consist of one coat of primer of 40-50 micron thickness and main polymer coating of 200-250 micron of thickness all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.The rates shall be include the cost of material,labour,equipement and machinery,work at all levels,leads and lifts,loading,unloading,transportaion and contingencies,including all scaffolding,Hydraulic boom lift/sky lift,Airless spray machine system,Safety PPE,barricading,traffic marshal,lighting etc,complete.The exact shade of colour will be approved by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning the surface with detergent, wire brush, tools (inaccessible area) and making dust free. The work shall be carried out as per direction of Engineer in Charge and include all labour, materials, tools, plants, ladder scaffolding, spider, safety belts etc all complete (Surface preparation to acheive St2).

Removing of old paint, rust with help of power tool and preparing the surface to various standards (ASA 3.0) before application of primer. The rate will include all tools, plants, labour and other consumables and incidental charges. Nothing shall be paid extra. Except NBSR no.2, 4 and 5. The surface which are not accessible with the help of power tool shall be prepared with wire brush.

Covering the flooring with terpoline to avoid any stain marks at floors on daily basis including labor charges for spreading and rolling back daily (The dust collected should be disposed off to the specified place)

Providing and fixing the spider safety net made of polypropelene rope in double lesh having thread size 6 mm X 12 mm with grid 100 mm X 100 mm, upto the height of 15 metres at the platform of shed with necessary scaffolding, ladder, machine etc. with all lead, lift, ascent, decent and transportation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The spider safety net provided, shall be retained in position at site continuously including shifting the spider net from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate includes its maintenance for damages with additional materials, all highly skilled and semi skilled labour , equipments required to execute the job. The spider net shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer in charge. Work will be carried out strictly in non operational hours as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Safety equipments i.e. Safety belts, helmets, HV vests, cones, reflective tapes etc Complete to be used in entire painting work of each building PEB steel structure.

Applying surface tolerant epoxy coating in two coats with epoxy based primer with minimum DFT of 200 microns at all locations wherever required and volume of solids not less than 75%. Paint is to be applied with spray painting, in place where its inaccessible it may be applied with brush (item to be used where surface is having scaling.)

Application of finishing coat epoxy polyurethane system of approved quality brand ot UV resistant coat at all locations and colour to achieve smooth & even surface with minimum volume of solids 57% and of 75 microns thickness of surfaces.
