Structural steel work in built up tubular section/Angle,Tees, Channels etc. in shoulder mounted (Cautionary, mandatory, Facility/ Road Name & similar signage) including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, welded and bolted with special shaped washers etc applying priming coat of approved steel primer and finishing with enamel paint (two or more coats) complete as per design, drawing, specifications and direction of engineer in charge. Hot finished welded type trusses.

Providing cutting hoisting and fixing in position including fabrication of 4mm thick. Aluminium composite panel sheet (ACP) made of two aluminium sheet of 0.50mm thick each having a distance of 3.00mm filled rubber polymer to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge confirming to various concerned ASTM standards includes nuts and bolts/riveting (Measurements to be taken of the face area of sheet.)

Supplying and fixing of micro prismatic retro reflective sheeting confirming to type XI of ASTM D4956 shall be pressure fixed to the full face of the ACP sheet as background sheet (in approved colour) and the top layer will be overlaid with electro cut transparent film of approved make and colour to create the desired road sign including cutting , cleaning, pasting etc. complete as per design, drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment shall be made for flat area of sheet)

Providing and fixing in position high bound (VHB) double tape 24 mm vide 2.3 mm thick for jointing ACP sheet with SS/MS frame including all processes like cleaning, cutting, chemical application, pressing etc. as per sample approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of median marker that are made of tough, high impact resistant, injection molded, thermoplastic body with an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length, width and height not less than 15cm, 10cm, and 10cm respectively and thickness not less than 1.8mm, the body structure shall be rounded at its actue angle, all the corners and edges. The plastic used for molding the median marker shall have a minium. Notched izod impact strength value of 600 I/m at room temperature, when tested in accordance with ASTM D256 and shall retain at least 70% of this value when subjected accelerated weathering for 1000hrs as per ASTM G155 or UL 746C. The Median Marker shall have rectangular/Circular-shaped, fluorescent yellow color retro-reflective sheeting of size not less than 8.5cm*85.cm on both faces with fully egde protected and with fully reflective micro prismatic cube corners as its retro-reflective elements and meeting ASTM D4956 type XI specifications. The Median Marker shall be fixed by a combination of epoxy adhesive and groutin.
