Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits. Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per MoRD Specification Clause 301.5.

Structural cement concrete (Design Mix) in open foundations, with form work, at any level. Cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation as per drawing and technical specification. [MoRTH Specification : Section 1700(N)&1500(N)]. Using Batching Plant, Transit Mixture, and Concrete Pump. P.C.C.M-20 grade.

Structural Cement concrete for reinforced concrete/PSC in superstructure complete including steel formwork, scaffolding etc. as per drawing and technical specification. Using Batching Plant, Transit Mixture, and Concrete Pump.Design mix concrete [MoRTH Specification 1500(N)&1700(N)]. M 40 grade. Solid slab/Voided slab superstructure.Height from 5m to 10m.

Providing and Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4/prestrssed concrete pipe for culverts including jointing ends and fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 complete as per clause 1000 & 2900 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour form work, machinery.600 mm internal diameter.

Supplying, fitting, and placing TMT bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and MoRD specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement as per Clause 1501.2.2 M35 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a automatic concrete mixing plant, using approved mix design,transported in transit mixture from plant to work site, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.

Providing and fixing in position pipe railing consisting of IS Rolled steel joist posts designation IS MB 100 (100x75) at 2.5 m interval and three rows of 50 mm dia steel pipes (light) including fixing in position on bridge deck complete as per drawing and MoRD specifications Clause 1208.2.

Supplying & Fixing cautionary / Warning Reflective sign boards made out of 2 mm thick M.S. sheet as per IRC –67-1977, stove enamelled and reflective symbol fixed on Angle Iron of size 65 x 65 x 6mm of 3 meter long : 60 cm equilateral triangle.

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 20 mm thick on Stone.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for substructure complete as per drawing & MoRD specification Clauses.Coursed Rubble masonry (2nd sort). In 1:5 cement mortar.

P&F rigid PVC Pipe (IS:4985 mark) class II/ (4 Kg. /Cm2.) approved quality /make including joining the pipe with solvent cement rubber ring and lubricant.160 mm dia.

Providing, fixing, maintaining, shifting & refixing, barricading of a steel portable barricade with horizontal sheet 0.60 mtr wide, 2.4 mtr in length fitted on a “A” frame and sheet painted with 2 coats of yellow paint, lettering (CAUTION, JDA AT WORK, DRIVE SLOW) on sheet with RED paint & border with reflective paint at the time of every shifting, traffic diversion arrangement, safety guard, suitable lightning arrangement during night if required, complete in all respect till completion of the project as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-charge and same shall be possessed by the contractor after completion of the project. Payment under this item will be released:- (1) 50% at the time of providing new barricading at the time of start of project at location and plan as approved by the Engineer & certification (2) 50% After completion of project including shifting, re-erecting and maintaining the barricading in position, during entire construction tenure with requisite manpower/flagman etc. Complete for guiding traffic and safety etc and dismantling after completion of project.
