Construction of solid block masonry of M20 grade solid concrete block having nominal size 400 mm x 200 mm x 200 mm in cement mortar 1:3 upto plinth level with all lead & lift

Raising/lowering to required height of pre-cast concrete manhole where ever pre-cast chamber have been provided in sewerage system by dismentling the C.I. frame provided for cover, dismentling and concrete of conical piece, bending the extended reinforcement in required position providing M-40 grade cement concrete as per site requirment and fixing of new C I frame for placing manhole cover. The work includes curing, providing barricading during construction, putting sign board/caution board for safety purpose, providing all material like cement, sand, grit for M-40 concrete, shuttring where ever required. The work also includes providing all tools and plants such as vibrator, mixture, required for the Job in all respect with site clearance. (Dir. Engg. /D-143 dt. 28.02.2011)

Dismantling Kerb Stones Dismantling Kerb Stones by manual means and disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and upto a lead of 1000 m as per MoRD Specification Clause 202.

P & F of cement concrete precast kerb or dand of M-20 grade upto 60 cm length over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 including earth work, cutting of B/T road, cutting of WBM road etc. & jointing with cement mortar 1:4 grouted 125 mm in ground of shape as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of providing, laying and compacting base concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm thick nominal size) 100 mm thick below dand/kerb complete in all respect. The size of kerb be 15 cm x 32.5 cm with round at top.

Providing and fixing reinforced concrete precast kerb stone or dand R.Mtr of M-20 grade cement concrete 120 cm long having 4 Nos. bars of 8 mm dia hysd and stirrups 6 Nos of 6 mm dias per IS with in built provision of interlocking of jointing and lifting compaction of reinforced concrete by mechanical and table vibrators jointing at site with cement mortar 1:4 complete in all respect as directed by Engineer incharge on: 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand : 8 stone aggregate 20 mm thick nominal size) including excavation of earth and cutting of BT road cutting of WBM road etc. and disposal of surplus material with all lead and lift. Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead: For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Providing & laying Chequered terrazzo tiles of approved make 22mm thick with marble chips of size upto 6mm, in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed wit pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete in all respect as per specification, on 28mm thick bed of C.M. 1:4 :Ordinary cement without any pigment

Providing and laying Precast reinforced cement concrete Box culvert section of M-40 grade designed for ‘AA‘ class loading as per IRC specifications including the effect of impact, EQ etc. complete on firm base of 200mm thick lean concrete of M-10 grade with aggregate of size 40mm nominal of following internal sizes. The work includes required safety measures, construction of drain for diversion of flowing water, cost of design of RCC Precast Box and its proof checking from IIT/MNIT Jaipur etc. complete in all respect as per specifications Size 1.00 M x 1.00 M

Pavement milling (cold planning, asphalt milling, or profiling) of existing all kinds of bituminous surfaces (Mastic, DBM, BC, SDBC, SMA, PMC etc.) with specially designed equipment up to the specified depth of bituminous layer as per designed level & grade, including disposal of milling material with all lead (minimum 20 km from site) and lift complete as per specification. The surface shall be free of bumps, ruts, and other imperfections including the arrangement of traffic diversion if required. Milling material recovered, shall be loaded directly onto trucks/trolleys from the milling machine & shall be the property of the contractor. The milled road surface shall be swept clean prior to opening to traffic. The milling machine is power-operated, self-propelled, and self-sufficient in power, traction, and stability to remove a thickness of BT surface to a specified depth. The machine should be able to provide a uniform profile and cross slope, and capable of accurately and automatically establishing profile grades along each edge of the machine by referencing from the existing pavement without damaging the bottom CC surface if any. The machine should have an automatic system for controlling grade elevation and cross slope etc.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRD Specification Clause 503.
