Supply of Flame Retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed flexible copper conductor with ISI marked (IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.90 percent purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IS:8130/IEC 60228 for lower watt loss, insulation PVC type A/C/D , flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per IS:3961 part 5 2C X 1.5 Sq. mm

Servicing of 415 V, 55 KW three phase induction motor ( 600 RPM, Squirrel Cage,Vertical mounting) Decoupling, Loading/unloading of motor, To and Fro Transportation, Carrying out minor repair of the coils and insulation of the stator/rotor. Decarburization / cleaning /heating /varnishing / baking of stator winding for protection against moisture, dirt/dust and rotor lamination for any hot spot after conducting magnetic flux loop test and repair of rotor core.Repair of damaged insulation of HT leads and. re-enforcing loose lugs.checking/regreasing of bearings of DE and NDE side and Fixing of new bearings if required with making of bearing hub sheet,Checking the Shaft trueness, Checking and repair work of end shield cover, Repair/ replacement of RTD/ BTD/ space heater and missing and broken wedges from new magnetic wedges,cleaning and preventing the leakage of water radiator tubes, painting of motor, Final testing of Motor like following tests as IR Value test, Resistance test, inductance test and submit the test report and erection and trial of motor at site.(supply of Bearing,RTD,BTD,space heater,temprature meter not in scope of work)

Rewinding work of stator with Global VPI system 415 V, 55 KW,600 RPM three phase Squirrel Cage Vertical mounting induction motor (deducting scrap value) including Decoupling, Loading/unloading of motor, transportation charges from site to workshop and from workshop to site after rewinding Erection, Testing, and trial at Site.
