The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completion of contract(s) of a nature and complexity comparable to the proposed contract within the last 7 years. The experience can be demonstrated through one of the following options: i. One similar nature completed work costing not less than 35% of the bid value, i.e., Rs. 5.15 Cr. ii. Two similar natures completed work each costing not less than 40% of the bid value (provided no work shall be less than 15% of the bid value), i.e., Rs. 5.89 Cr. iii. Three similar natures completed work each costing not less than 50% (provided no work shall be less than 15% of the bid value) of the bid value, i.e., Rs 7.36 Cr. Additionally, specific roles within the bidder's organization require the following years of experience: - Project Engineer: 5 years of experience - Site Engineer: 2 years of experience - Surveyor: 1 year of experience - Supervisor: 5 years of experience - Quality control Engineer: 2 years of experience The works should have been completed within the last 7 years, from 01.04.2018 to 30.06.2025, and the quantities for each work should be as per the specified table. The experience eligibility shall only be considered if it is furnished in the prescribed form. The present value of work (Bid) shall be updated to the current value, with a specific calculation formula provided, using factors such as 1.6, 1.5, 1.4, 1.3, 1.2, 1.1, and 1.0 for the respective years.
