Supply & erection of water proof Tent for food preparation of size 80 feet x 50 feet (Three Sides will be covered by masking and kanath of approved color etc complete as required and as per approval of IIMU

Supply & erection of stage for group photograph 80 ft x 16 ft (LxW) Ground + (8 Steps of suitalbe width and height ) with 50 chair at front Row with steel frames with steel pipe supports with cross bracing, steel framed plywood of minimum 1” inch thickness platforms and a seperate platform for the photographer to capture the photo. There should be staircase of 6” raiser (with side handle covered with red colour cloth) on both sides for the students to get in and out of all the steps of the photo gallery. Thre should be Focus lights with stand (3 Nos of 400 W in each) on both sides.The structure should be erected with complete safety provisions and with complete protection with rubber matting for sythetic flooring of sports complex etc. as per direction of IIMU.

Providing and setting up changing room of size 20 ft x 20 ft x 10 ft ( LxWxH) with masking and view cutter festoon with multicolor cloth etc complete as required.

Providing & setting up food counters with aesthetic decoration as per detailed scope of work for 1800 Pax serving.

LIGHT and SOUND Operation & Integration of Audio-Visual and Lighting system for following

RCF LINE ARRAY / JBL or equivalent Sound system of good quality suitable for high end corporate events as required with Podium mic-1 nos., Cordless Mic-5 nos with 2 additional stand,complete with Digital Audio Mixer for sound control, stage-monitors with high wattage with separate control as required and live streaming on you tube, high definition video along with audio recording with recording device for 8 Hrs recording with all required accessories, cable connections, provision to connect laptop and recording with laptop, etc. and suitable numbers of speakers (minimium 12 nos. from top & 12 nos. on stand with base ) complete setup as required including service of 2 still photographer & 1 videographer with camera and as per directions & approval of IIMU( Refer detailed scope of work) Note: All the hanging system shall be on cup lock based double scaffolding system covered with due masking.

LED Screen ( 2 nos- 8 ft x6 ft ) with projection facility and all required accessories,cable connections,(including platform, masking etc. all complete as per the directions and approval of IIMU

Silent DG Set of 3 phase , 415Volt : 3 nos. of 125 KVA, vehicle mounted trolly with suitable size Al. Ar. cable of required length complete with distribution electrical panel inclusive. switch gears / control gears, including all distribution cables. required no. of 3 phase 400 amp changeover panels (as per the direction of the department} etc. inc. sufficient fuel for both days (as per days slot) run and operator as required etc. all complete as per approval of IIMU. Note: All the DG sets should be duly filled with diesel before commissioning and minimum stock of 500 ltr diesel should also be available at site, failing which penalty will be Imposed for the difference quantity brought at the market rate. And panel board & cables should be without damage.

Fully functional Air conditioner-Tower AC • 4TR with necessary wiring arrangements and accessories and any other arrangement for event area &. surrounding as required etc. all complete as per the directions and approval of IIMU.

Fully functional Mist Fan with necessary wiring arrangements and accessories and any other arrangement for event area &. surrounding as required etc. all complete as per the directions and approval of IIMU.

Fully functional Pedestal Fan ( Farrata Fan of 600 mm sweep) with necessary wiring arrangements and accessories and any other arrangement for event area &. surrounding as required etc. all complete as per the directions and approval of IIMU.

Fully functional Desert Cooler with necessary wiring arrangements and accessories and any other arrangement for event area &. surrounding as required etc. all complete as per the directions and approval of IIMU.

Supply & fixing of round tables with clean table cover & frill and plastic chair for 500 pax. etc. all complete as per the directions and approval of IIMU.

Electrical decorative lighting with required cabling/ connections etc.

LED Jhalar light each with min, 15 ft length of white silver / star colour with necessary wiring arrangements and accessories and any other lighting arrangement for event area and surrounding as required etc. all complete as per the directions and approval of IIMU.

Decorative light Patta min. 20 meter long with necessary wiring arrangements and accessories and any other lighting arrangement for event area and surrounding as required etc, all complete as per the directions and approval of IIMU.

LED Metal Lights 200 Watt-120 nos, LED color Par lights - 60 nos., with necessary wiring arrangements, stands and accessories and any other lighting arrangement for event area & surroundingas required etc. all complete as per the directions and approval of Engineer-In-charge. Note: All the Metal lights shall be on hanging system which inturn shall be on cup lock based double scaffolding system as detailed at item no. 1.2 above with due masking / white paint on the scaffolding,The metal lights will preferably be of warm white colour but department may ask for another colour also, In case competent authority of IIMI ask for It.

Others

Fresh Dust bins (Big size) with garbage bag as required.

Required number of Drinking water dispenser / Jar with respective stand along with minimum 100 bottles of RO litre (Bisleri/kinley etc), minimum 6000 numbers of disposable paper glassetc. all complete as per the directions and approval of IIMU.

Original flower as approved for stage & full front facia of stage arranged in slope decorative flowers for event premises, edges, minimum 200 no. good quality undamaged flower pots (preferably be nonplastic) with natural healthy plants of approx. 3 feet height etc. as required on stage & event place. Direction & other Standees with due stand as per requirements etc., que managers( 50 nos similar to that of airport) as per requirements, ramp decorative railings and signage's including safety signages of size & nos. as required &. as per the directions of IIMU

Portable Toilet (complete in all respect with hand wash, paper rolls, towel etc.) with water storage & flush tankk, adequate lighting arrangements etc. as required &. as per the directions of IIMU.

Catering services

Food and catering charges per Pax as per detailed scope of work & menu of tender document.
