The eligibility requirements for the tender include: 1. Certificate of Completion of Work: Completion certificate on client’s letterhead indicating brief scope of work, contract period, date of completion, work order reference, and value of work executed. 2. Copy of Purchase Order or Work Order: Copy of Purchase Order or Work Order placed on the Bidder or Agreement on Stamp Paper between the Bidder and the Client. 3. Certification from Bidder’s Country Head or CEO: In case the scope of work specified in Purchase order/ work order does not explicitly detail the experience sought, certification from Bidder’s Country Head or CEO or equivalent authority on company’s letterhead stating the work carried out and value of the work.
