The scope includes proper raking & hacking of the wall surface to make it suitable for plastering and then preparation of 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) ratio or better cement mixture as directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer and applying the plaster which shall be minimum 12 mm thick. Further, post plastering, proper curing has to be done minimum twice a day for minimum seven days. For new constructed brick wall, proper water spraying/curing shall also be done prior to plastering. The scope also includes proper stacking of servicable items at the designated place and disposal/removal of other scrap/unservicable material out of the Gail Premises beyond 2 Kilometer range. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The scope includes Providing and fixing of Ist quality ceramic glazed tiles (stain resistive) conforming to IS:15622 , of approved make (i.e., Kazaria, Somany, Cera, Hindware, Asian Granito,Nitco) in all colours ,shades of any size between 600x600mm/300x600mm/395x395mm/300x450mm as approved by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer, on walls, in skirting, risers of steps & daos, over 12 mm bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. The scope also includes proper stacking of servicable items at the designated place and disposal/removal of other scrap/unservicable material out of the Gail Premises beyond 2 Kilometer range. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The scope includes Providing and fixing of Granite which shall be minimum 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished ,macine cut for plateform, window sills ,facias and similar locations of required size, shade , color & texture as approved by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer, Joints treated with white cement with the matching pigment , epoxy touchups, including rubbing ,curing,moulding & polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels, including mortar bed 1:4 in required thickness as per site. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR. Further, if required at site for the moulding/buffing/polishing, same shall be done as per EIC/SIC/Site Engineer directions without any additional cost implication

The Scope includes provision of edge moulding to the existing 18 mm thick marble/Granite/stone counters, Vanities etc. Including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The Scope Includes Cleaning of existing surface using scrapper, wire brush, amrey paper, Sand paper, buffing machine etc to remove existing paing/putty/loose materials etc and then Providing & Applying Plaster of Paris punning minimum 3 mm thick (nominal) on walls & minimum 2 mm thick on ceiling and up to 5mm thick on other areas as indicated and directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. The scope also includes leveling and smooth finishing of the surface by rubbing post applying the POP/Putty. Further, post applying the POP/Putty, the scope aslo includes application of 01 coat of primer without any additional cost implication. Every step shall be checked by GAIL Site engineer/SIC. In case any defect/flaws observed, Rectification of the same shall be done by contractor without any additional cost implication to GAIL. Make (Birla white, JK Cement, Berger, Asian Paints, Nerolac). Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The scope includes cleaning & preparation of the surface for painting. Further The scope includes minor crack repairing, hole filling of walls/ceiling using putty/white cement. Post this work, painting of the Ceiling/wall with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having almost zero VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content of approved brand (Asian Paints, Berger Paints, Nerolac Paints) and color, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour - minimum Two coats or more coats (if required for even shade). The scope also includes applying of primer on new/old work prior to the painting if required to get the even shade & finishing. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The Scope includes preparation of surface and Providing and laying vitrified Anti skid tiles (Double charged) in size, color & shade as approved by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make (i.e., Kajaria, Somany, Cera, Hindware, Asian Granito, Nitco), laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The scope includes deployment of resources for misc./unforeseen works as per the requirement raised by GAIL EIC/SIC/Site Engineer which cannot be measured . The resources deployed shall carry all required tools and tackles for the assigned work for which they are deployed. Under this scope, if any material is required separately for the work assigned, other than the tools and tackles, same shall be provided seperately. The resource deployment shall be as follows:

Deployment of skilled resource/mason/carpenter/plumber etc. as detailed above as per requirement of GAIL

Deployment of unskilled resource/helper/cbeldar etc. as detailed above as per requirement of GAIL

The scope includes Providing and fixing on wall face Single socketed unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. The scope also includes supply and fixing of any fitting/coupling/socket/elbow/union/clamps etc which are required to complete the job as directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR. The pipe sizes are mentioned as below which shall not exceed + 20% (positive tolerance)

The scope includes removal/dismentaling of old taps/bibcocks/valves/ fittings etc and supplying and installation of 2-way bibcocks of approved make, model and quality i.e., Jaquar (Cat. No: ALI-85041), Hindware(Cat. No: F400003CP), Kohler (Cat. No: K-16094IN-4-CP), Cera (Cat No.: F1021163) in SS/Silver/chrome finish as directed by EIC/SIC/Site Enigneer. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR. The weight of bibcock shall not be less than 690 gms and bore size shall not be less than 15 mm. Further, the two way bibcock must be a long body type wall mounted i.e., its length from wall to center point of bore shall not be less than 140 mm

The scope includes Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes externally, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. The scope also includes dismentaling and proper disposal of old pipes whereever required as per direction of EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR. The pipe sizes are mentioned as below which shall not exceed + 20% (positive tolerance)

The Scope Includes Removing dry or water bound distemper , white or colour wash or any paint ( which may be emulsion, acrylic, putty, Enamal etc any type of paint) by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary minor repairs with putty etc. complete Rate is inclusive of necessary scaffolding, labour and all materials required to complete the work. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The scope includes Providing and laying cement concrete and finishing:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone (aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, return walls,walls ( of any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars,shelfs, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses,parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor etc., up to floor five level as per directions of EIC/SIC/Site engineer. The prepration & placing in position of reinforement structure whereever required is included however cost of the reinsforment bars is not included. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR. This SOR Item excludes the cost of centering,shuttering and reinforement bars.

The scope includes supply of Steel Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting bending, placing in position, C/W/G etc all complete as directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer using CTD or TMT bars of size as directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. The type of bar (CTD or TMT) which shall be used must be approved by EIC/SIC prior doing the job. Approved Make: TATA Tiscon, JSW Neosteel, SAIL, Kamdhenu Nxt, Jindal Panther. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The scope includes Providing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, bracers, etc. and removal of form for :Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access,platform,Shelves (Cast in situ), etc at all levels as directed by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer. The SOR also includes checking of level using mercury leveling guage. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The scope includes Providing and laying "Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 or better in foundation and plinth & superstructure in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)" FPS non modular bricks. The water absorbtion must not exceed 15%, efflorance must not be greater than " Moderate. Compressive strength shall not be less than 75 Kgf/cm2. LxWxH: 230X110X70 mm + 10% (positive tolerance). Bricks shall be free from cracks and flaws and nodules of free lime. Bricks shall have smooth rectangular faces with sharp corners. Bricks shall be uniform in colour. Make: Jindal Mechno Bricks, Bharat Bricks, Balaji Bricks, KBM, Deluxe Bricks. The Scope also includes cost of transportation of the bricks from manufacturer to the GAIL Site. If the mentioned make is not available, than approval from EIC is mandatory for using any other brand. However the specification must be the same. Further, Scope also includes testing of the bricks (Compressive Strength, Efflorance and water absorbtion test) at approved laboratory. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The Scope includes Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry. The Scope Includes Providing and fixing of Table Top/Counter Top/Hanging/pedastrial/Under Counter/Oval shape/rectangular shape/square shape/eliptical/circular etc White Vitreous China Wash basin of size 550x400 mm of approved make, model and quality (Jaquar, Kohler, Hindware, Cera) along with Long body CP Brass/SS basin mixer of approved Make, Model and quality (Jaquar, Hindware, Kohler, Cera), C.I. Brackets, SS fittings, pipes, bottle trap, other accesories which are reuired for complete installation for final usage as per direction of EIC/SIC/Site engineer. The design & shape of washbasin (Table Top/Counter Top/Hanging/pedastrial/Under Counter/Oval shape/rectangular shape/square shape/eliptical/circular etc) shall be approved by EIC/SIC/Site engineer prior to the execution of job. Also the desgin/shape/model of the mixer tap shall be approved by EIC/SIC/Site Engineer prior to the start of job. The mixer tap must be along body tap/ swine neck with length not less than 145 mm from fixture to center of outlet hole. The weight of mixer tap shall not be less than 690 gms. The mixer bore size shall not be less than 15 mm. The SOR also includes painting of accesories/ fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required.

The scope includes supply and fixing of telephonic Wall Mixer 3-in-1 System with Provision for Both Hand Shower & Overhead Shower Complete with 115mm Long Bend Pipe, Connecting Legs & Wall Flange along with hand shower of approved make and model Jaquar (OPP-BCH-15125PM), Hindware (F570022CP), CERA (F1021403), Somany (272201410051), Kohler (98754IN-4-CP). Any connecting pipes, fittings, SS Tubes etc accesories are included in this scope. The scope also includes dismentaling of any previously installed faucets. All usable materials shall be stacked at a designated place and non usable items/scrap shall be disposed off beyond 2 km of GAIL Premises. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The scope includes supply and installation of over head shower single flow complete with all brand new fittings etc. Make/Model Jaquar (OHS-CHR-35497 ), Hindware (F160146CP), CERA (F7010301), Somany (220270011), Kohler (73198IN-CP). Any connecting pipes, fittings, SS Tubes etc accesories are included in this scope. The scope also includes dismentaling of any previously installed faucets/shower and accesories. All usable materials shall be stacked at a designated place and non usable items/scrap shall be disposed off beyond 2 km of GAIL Premises. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The Scope includes Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests. The Scope includes Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard approved make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : W.C. pan with approved make ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid. The scope includes Providing and fixing minimum 8 mm dia C.P. brass / S.S. Jet with flexible tube of minimum 1 metre long with S.S. triangular plate to Eureopean/Indian type W.C. of quality and make as approved by Engineer - in - Charge. Make: Jaquar, Hindware, Cera, Kohler, Somany. Any connecting pipes, fittings, SS Tubes etc accesories are included in this scope. The scope also includes dismentaling of any previously installed health faucets. All usable materials shall be stacked at a designated place and non usable items/scrap shall be disposed off beyond 2 km of GAIL Premises. The scope includes Providing and fixing SS towel rail complete with brackets fixed to wooden cleats with CP brass screws with concealed fittings arrangement of approved quality and colour. 600 mm long towel rail with total length of 645 mm, width 78 mm and effective height of 88 mm, weighing not less than 190 gms. Make: Jaquar, Hindware, Cera, Kohler, Somany. Any Screws, fittings, etc accesories are included in this scope. The scope also includes dismentaling of any previously installed towel rails. The scope includes Providing and fixing CP Brass 32 mm size Bottle Trap of approved quality & make and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Make: Jaquar, Hindware, Cera, Kohler, Somany. All usable materials shall be stacked at a designated place and non usable items/scrap shall be disposed off beyond 2 km of GAIL Premises. The scope includes Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS:8931. 15 mm nominal bore. The scope also includes dismentaling of any previously installed angle valves and accesories. All usable materials shall be stacked at a designated place and non usable items/scrap shall be disposed off beyond 2 km of GAIL Premises. The scope includes Providing and fixing 600x120x5 mm glass shelf with edges round off, supported on anodised aluminium angle frame with C.P. brass brackets and guard rail complete fixed with 40 mm long screws, rawl plugs etc., complete. Make: Jaquar, Hindware, Cera, Kohler, Somany. Any Screws, fittings, etc accesories are included in this scope. The scope also includes dismentaling of any previously installed shelfs. The scope includes Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete. Make: Jaquar, Hindware, Cera, Kohler, Somany. Any Screws, fittings, etc accesories are included in this scope. The scope also includes dismentaling of any previously installed mirrors. All usable materials shall be stacked at a designated place and non usable items/scrap shall be disposed off beyond 2 km of GAIL Premises. The scope includes Provding and fixing SS 304 JALI (Drain Net) of minimum 100 MM Dia of approved make (Jaquar, Hindware, Cera, Kohler, Somany) as directed by EIC including all labour, material, cartage, taxes, dismentaling old one, installation of new one all complete). The scope also includes dismentaling of any previously installed drain nets. All usable materials shall be stacked at a designated place and non usable items/scrap shall be disposed off beyond 2 km of GAIL Premises. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The scope includes Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type 35 mm thick door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. Certificate from manufacture clearly mentioning the above parameters shall be submitted to EIC/SIC/Site engineer. Any Screws, fittings, latch, locks, etc accesories required are included in this scope. The scope also includes dismentaling of any previously installed doors/chaukhats as directed by EIC/SIC/Site engineer. All usable materials shall be stacked at a designated place and non usable items/scrap shall be disposed off beyond 2 km of GAIL Premises. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The scope includes Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Clerestory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (M.S hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5 mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Any Screws, fittings, latch, locks, etc accesories required are included in this scope The scope also includes dismentaling of any previously installed doors/chaukhats as directed by EIC/SIC/Site engineer. The scope includes Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside & outside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineerin- Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account). All non usable items/scrap shall be disposed off beyond 2 km of GAIL Premises. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The scope includes completely emptying the soakpit/septic tank/chambers/sewer line using suction jetting machine. Post emptying the sewer waste, the soakpit/septic tank/chambers/sewer line should be cleaned with fresh water with jet pressure. The scope includes cleaning of the lines if the lines are chocked. 1 manday shall be measured/counted when all the soakpits/chambers/septic tank/sewer lines as directed/asked by EIC/SIC/Site engineer of either GAIL Vihar colony Abu Road or IPS Abu Road is cleaned as mentioned above. Measurements shall not be done according to the number of rounds of machine/tanker. Decision of EIC/SIC shall be final and binding in this regard. All wastage shall be disposed off beyond 5 km of GAIL Premises. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The scope incudes supply and installation of Polyethylene water storage tank with cover and suitable locking arrangement along with inlet and outlet valve of approved make (Sintex, plasto, astral, supreme) and as directed by Engineer in-charge. Any valves/pipes/tubes/fittings/latch/locks, etc accesories required are included in this scope. The scope also includes dismentaling of old tanks and its accesories as asked by EIC/SIC/Site engineer. All usable items shall be stacked at designated location and unusable / scrap/waste material shall be disposed off beyond 2 km from GAIL Premises. Any tools, tackles, material, labour, etc required are included in this SOR.

The scope includes Providing and fixing SS soap Dish Holder having length of 138 mm, breadth 102 mm, height of 75 mm with concealed fitting arrangements, weighing not less than 106 gms. The scope also includes dismentaling of old fittings, dishholder,ss plates and its accesories etc. as asked by EIC/SIC/Site engineer.
