THE EQUIPMENT IS FIXED ON GROUND WITH CEMENT CONCRETE AND J SHAPED WELDED BOLTS OF 18 MM THICKNESS AND CLOSING CAPS MADE FROM TOP QUALITY FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC MATERIAL WHICH IS OF 2 MM THICK. THE PINS USED ARE MADE UP OF 25 MM MS BRIGHT MATERIAL. THE BEARINGS USED ARE OF 6205ZZ PERMANENT LUBRICATED SEALED BEARING OF REPUTED BRAND (FAG/SKF). Air Walker: - Size 1000 mm x 300 mm x 1200 mm. Providing and fixing Air Walker made from ‘B’ Class GI Pipe of 2.5 mm wall thickness. The center pipe is of 80 mm NB made from ‘B’ Class GI Pipe of 2.5 mm wall thickness, and the bottom support of M.S. round plate of 250 mm dia & 10 mm thickness is welded at bottom. The leg movement frame is of 40 mm NB made from ‘B’ Class GI Pipe of 2.5 mm wall thickness. The handle frame is of 25 mm NB made from ‘B’ Class GI Pipe of 2.5 mm wall thickness. To join the centre pipe & leg movement frame seamless pipe of 60 mm dia & 3 mm thickness & 25 mm dia solid bar is used. The bending M.S. plate is used to join the centre pipe & leg movement frame is of 6 mm thickness. The footrests is made from FRP/C.I./Aluminum casting material, its sizes are 130 mm X 300 mm X 5mm.
