The required prior work experience for the bidder is in construction of Dam/ Barrages/ Canal/Tunnel/ Pumping stations / Aqueduct / Hydel Power Project/ Irrigation/ Water Supply/ Sewage and Waste Water Projects. The bidder should have completed or commissioned at least one similar work of 20% of the Estimated Project Cost from Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3, with more than 80% of the value of work completed. In terms of monetary value, the bidder should have paid for, or received payments for, construction of Eligible Project(s) worth more than Rs 680 crore. The bidder should also have a minimum experience score, with at least one fourth of the Threshold Technical Capability (Rs 680 crore) from Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum Net Worth of Rs 102 crore at the close of the preceding financial year. The bidder should furnish the details of Eligible experience for the last 7 financial years immediately preceding the Bid due date. For Category 3 & 4, the bidder should provide a certificate stating the total estimated capital cost of the project, the amount received or paid by the bidder for the construction works, and the eligible annual revenues collected and appropriated by the project company, with year-wise details for the past five financial years.
