The required prior work experience for the bidder is categorized into four types: 1. Category 1: Project experience on Eligible Projects in Water Resources Sector 2. Category 2: Project experience on Eligible Projects in core sector 3. Category 3: Construction experience on Eligible Projects in Water Resources Sector 4. Category 4: Construction experience on Eligible Projects in core sector The bidder's experience in these categories is evaluated based on the following parameters: - Experience Score: Calculated based on the equivalent value of work done in Indian Rupees (INR) crore. - Payments made for development of Eligible Projects: The bidder's payments made for development of Eligible Projects in categories 1 and 3. - Revenues appropriated from Eligible Projects: The bidder's revenues earned from Eligible Projects in categories 1 and 3. The bidder should have minimum experience score as per clause 3.4.6, with at least one fourth of the Threshold Technical Capability (Rs 680.0 crore) from Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3. Additionally, the bidder should have completed/commissioned at least one similar work of 20% of the Estimated Project Cost (Rs 680.0 crore, i.e., Rs 136.0 crore) from Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3, in the last 7 financial years preceding the Bid due date. The project is considered completed if more than 80% of the value of work has been completed, and such completed value of work is equal to or more than 20% of the estimated project cost. For Categories 1 and 2, the bidder should have experience in projects with an estimated capital cost exceeding the amount specified in Clause 3.4.3(c). The bidder should provide details of expenditure on development of the project and/or revenues appropriated for each Eligible Project for the past 5 financial years. For Categories 3 and 4, the bidder should have experience in construction works with payments made/received exceeding the minimum specified in Clause 3.4.4. The bidder should provide details of payments made/received for construction works only, excluding expenditure on repairs and maintenance. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned in the certificate formats provided in Annex-IV. For Categories 1 and 2, the certificate from the statutory auditor should mention the total estimated capital cost of the project, the equity shareholding of the bidder, and the total estimated capital expenditure incurred during the past five financial years. For Categories 3 and 4, the certificate format mentions the payments made/received for construction works, but does not provide a specific percentage or value of similar works completed. The information on the required prior work experience for the bidder, including value and percentage of similar works completed, is as follows: * Categories 1 and 2: - Estimated capital cost of the project: Rs. ……… cr.
