Installation of submersible motor pump set in tube-well/open well complete (labour charges only) including transportation of tripod, chain pulley block & any other material required for lowering purpose

P/Laying ISI marked P.V.C. insulated submersible cable confirming to(IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.90 % purity copper, stranding in acc. to IS:8130/IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free for less chances of oxidization, insulation PVC type A/C/D , flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per IS:3961 part 5, existing pipe / open trench / Cable tray / on surface including making connection etc. as required. Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Unarmoured Copper cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with electrolytic grade Copper made of copper rods confirming to IS 613-1964, of purity 99.7 %, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray (with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size. OEM must have it's own in house NABL accrediated Laboratory for testing procedure as per IS:10810 For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure 'A' attached with this BSR 4Core *4.0 Sq. mm

Supply & fixing of GI pipes confirming to IS : 1239 P - 1 ( 2004 ) with flanges duly screwed & welded including rubber washer, nuts & bolts of 8mm dia complete in all respect.All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. Supply and fixing of M.S. clamp set of 50 ×6mm flat iron with nuts and bolts etc. for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set.

Supply and Fixing of electric control feeder panel comprising of suitable rating MCCB , fully automatic star-delta starter, over load relay, ampere meter with CTs, volt meter, phase preventer, suitable starting capacitors, phase indicators, lighting arrangement etc. complete suitable for three phase pump set. The panel should have space for energy meter ( supplied by DISCOM). All these equipments shall be housed by panel box made out from 18 gauge M.S. Sheet with powder coating. Panel should be of minimum size 900 x 600 x 450 mm with Stand ( made of angle iron of size 35x35x5mm) duly bolted/screwed with enclosure box having 4 legs, each leg’s length 18" and double door including in built locking system. The legs should be embedded in M-15 cement concrete plat form. The size of CC platform should be equal or bigger than the base size of panel having height of at least 200 mm from ground level. The panel should have opening of suitable size in front of space for energy meter with glass for meter reading. The operation of panel should be suitable for on 440 Volt AC Supply. 2 Above 10 HP and up to 15 HP

Supply & Installation of 3 phase ISI marked submersible motor pump set of three star or better rating of BEE and as per IS: 8034-2018 (pump) and IS 9283- 2013 (motor) or as amended up to date of approved make of following duty condition with required accessories including making connection suitable for tube well/DCB. The job includes lowering of motor pump, installation of complete fitting & accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board, testing of submersible pump set and interconnection up to water mains, complete in all respect. 15 KW (20 HP) and above, head above 120 mtr.

Supply and fixing of Oil / Air break Starter panel made out of sheet steel powder coated enclosure comprising of over load protection relay, short circuit & single phasing protection, ON / OFF push buttons, ammeter, voltmeter, indicating lamps etc. complete in all respect suitable for following rating motors. For single phase Submersible / Monoblock pump ---0.5 HP to 3.0 HP One starter

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)
