Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).For area of each slab from 901 to 2000 Sq.Cm :

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge ISI approved Cement Concrete paver blocks of Category "B" (dentated only two sides like I, Z or T shape) made by table vibratory method or automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required colour and pattern over 25-50 mm thick compacted bed of Coarse sand of required gradation as per specifications, compacting and proper embedding/ laying with vibratory compaction using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc. as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block (M-30 Grade) pavements as per IRC:SP:63 having thickness 60mm as per drawing and technical specifications.(Back Side of Building)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In lime mortar.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller, or stone or steel rammers and rolling every 3rd and top- most layer with power roller of minimum 8-10 tonne capacity and dressing up in embankment for roads, flood banks marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead up to 50 Mtr. and lift up to 1.5 Mtr.: All kinds of soil( Room no 12)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(Non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto two stories excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement:M-20 Grade Concrete (1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) -As per design mix)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead:For thickness of tiles 25mm to 40mm.

Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden fillets :5mm thick plain glass panes.

Patch repair to cement concrete floor including digging out old floor in regular shape and removal of rubbish curing etc. complete in all respects.

Labour charges for repair to door / window without using any material such as applying randha (finishing) tightening of bolts & screw etc.

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand) (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour completeincluding all scaffolding as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches by sadal/loi. (Only for colour changing only.)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on Old Work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks of class designation 100 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat :With F.P.S. brick tiles

Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D, F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment). Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories or height upto 7.5 metre above plinth level including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank

Providing and fixing Granite stone slab mirror polished and machine edge cut in walls, pillars, steps, Shelves, Sills Counters, Floors etc. laid on 12mm (Av.) thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) jointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1white cement : 2 marble dust) with pigment to match the shade of the marble slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing complete.Jhunjhunu / Jalore (Red / Choclate Colour)1501 Cm2 to 3600 Cm2 Tiles

Providing and fixing GI wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.56mm with wire of 0.45mm to existing steel door, window shutter frames with necessary M.S. strip beading 20x3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance etc. complete.
