Providing all tools, tackles, manpower etc. for Up-keeping of the industrial open areas viz. collecting & dumping of all type of operational & maintenance activities generated garbage & waste, debris, rubbish, muck, removal of vegetation growth, cutting and uprooting of bushes up to fencing limit/shoulder area etc. on Daily/as per schedule (except sunday and scheduled holidays) basis including complete area sweeping on daily basis, mopping/water jetting once in a week or as necessary, including de-oiling and degreasing using suitable chemical agent such as tee-pol and saw-dust etc. of floor areas, platforms/equipment foundations, tanks etc. and dumping all above waste to the nearest area dustbin or designated area as directed by EIC by mechanical or manual mean all complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge. Note: 1. Consumable required for this work (as mentioned under Item Number 10 will be issued by the department after receipt from the contractor and paid to the contractor under relevant item, however contractor has to make all necessary arrangements to fetch these consumables at work site. 2.The contractor will have to make his own arrangements at his risk & cost for all other consumables, if required, for the satisfactory completion of the work and nothing extra will be paid to the contractor on this account.

Providing all tools, tackles, manpower etc. for sweeping & cleaning of roads & shoulders on daily/ as per schedule (except sunday and scheduled holidays) including all open spaces, all corners/Junctions etc. and the spaces between road berms & fencing including keeping area neat & clean by cutting of all type of bushes, grass, removing unwanted growth in the berms by spade, cleaning all type of operational & maintenance activities generated garbage & waste, rubbish, dirt, muck and unserviceable materials, waste papers, cotton wastes, tree leaves etc. and dumping all above waste to the nearest area dustbin or designated area as directed by EIC by mechanical or manual mean all complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge.

Providing all tools, tackels,manpower etc. for Cleaning of storm water drains, trenches of all sizes and depths inside the Plant areas and disposing off debris etc. outside Plant premises within a lead of 2 KM from the main gate as per schedule and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
