Providing all tools, tackels, machineries, manpower, material for providing & anchoring 16 mm dia. TMT bars of Grade Fe500D or more of SAIL or RINL or TISCO or ISCO make, with epoxy grouting & with a minimum depth of 1.4 meter from foundation bed level/desired level including drilling a hole of minimum dia. 32 mm and depth of 1.4 meter, cleaning of anchoring hole with pressurized water, bailing out of water for making the surface dry, epoxy grouting of the bars on dry surface (length of each bar 2.30 mtr i.e 1.40 mtr grouted in hole and 0.9 mtr L in foundation ) as per the manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dry stone pitching/soling 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones, laying, filling the gaps, voids completely by providing & spreading moorum/sand, preparing the surface at all level by consolidating with ahnd roller etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement, 4 coarse sand, 8 graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size) for all works at all level including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of Form work, shuttering, centering, cover blocks etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix M-25 grade cement concrete at various level for reinforced cement concrete work, using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland pozzolana/ Ordinary portland/ Portland slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability , including transport, placing, compaction with needle as well as surface vibrator, pumping of concrete to site of laying, finishing, curing, cover blocks etc. but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Minimum Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable @ Rs 450/- per Bag. Excess cement if any as per approved design mix shall be used. However excess cement is not payable separately. Unit rate shall be quoted accordingly.

Providing and fixing Steel reinforcement i.e. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of Grade Fe500D or more of SAIL or RINL or TISCO or ISCO make at all height for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work at all height as per the specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge for:

Foundations, footings, bases for columns, pedestals, flooring, foothpath etc. for mass concrete

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies, Chajja and access platform etc.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Stairs (excluding landings) except spiral-staircases

Constructing Random rubble masonry with hard stone & cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) at all height including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including curing etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Filling of available excavated earth, excavated rock in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 200 m and with all lift complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size) for all works at all level including consolidation, finishing, curing, cover blocks etc. complete but excluding the cost of Form work, shuttering, centering and reinforcement as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

40 mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement at all height, including consolidation, finishing, curing, cement slurry etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing M.S. tube hand rail of approved size by welding, fixing through embeded plates etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works at all height, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 with 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) cement motar at all height in all shapes and sizes complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) at all heights including curing etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Plastering 20 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) at all heights including curing etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing all tools, tackles, manpower, materials, equipment, machinery for Providing and fixing Powder coated Aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for partitions, doors, windows and ventilators, shutters with extruded built up standard tubular section/ appropriate z-sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733& 1285 at all height, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size including filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/Neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically where ever required using cleat angle etc. including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots, Sliding door arrangement like rails & channels, aluminium fittings like door handles, aldrops, tower bolts, making provision for locking arrangements wherever required, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling the including cost of CP brass/ stainless steel screws etc as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer. (Glazing and panelling to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board at all height with decorative lamination on both sides, flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. at all height with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of 600x600 mm sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) at all height with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Finishing new Plastered, Concrete surface work with Premium Acrylic Smooth Exterior paint with Silicone additives (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over priming coat of exterior primer by providing and applying @ 0.9 ltr/10 sqm) of required shade at all height etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm or 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively at all height complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 450x300 mm with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls at all height complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing heavy duty G.I. pipes of following sizes confirming to IS: 1239 complete with G.I. fittings and clamps at all height complete including trenching, refilling if required complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.
