Asbestos sheet (5 Meter Height ≤ 15 Meter)

Providing and Fixing TATA/JSW or equivalent make colour coated corrugated Galvalume profile roof and wall sheets, Plain Ridges, Barge boards, Flashings/Aprons, S type louvers, gutters (Profile, Colour and shape as approved by the Engineer-in-charge) of 0.60mm (TCT) total coated thickness (tolerance as per relevant IS or international standard codes) up to following height by providing and using self drilling / self tapping screws with EPDM seal and washers including cutting to size and shape wherever required, finishing the surrounding for filling the gap between wall and sheet by providing & applying Cement mortar 1:4 (1: Cement : 4 Sand), make all necessary arrangements like providing & installation of scaffolding confirming to IS-3696, safety net, lifeline all required PPE's and arrangements for safe execution of job complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item No. 2: 1. Galvalume sheet shall be AZ-150 coated (zinc aluminium alloy coating nominal composition: 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc & 1.5% silicon mass total of both sides) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20- 25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer in single length as desired by Engineer-in-charge complete as per the standard specifications and as directed by EIC. 2. Ridges, Barge boards, Flashings/Aprons, S type louvers, gutters etc. will be installed based on the site requirement as directed by EIC, and quoted rate shall be inclusive of all this, noting extra will be paid on this account. 3. For Roof and wall sheets measurements will be given only for covered area and over laps will not be measured or paid separately, Whereas for Ridges, Barge boards, Flashings/Aprons, S type louvers, gutters etc. will be paid separately based on per square meter basis without over laps. 4. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of finishing work required for filling the gaps between wall and sheet, nothing extra will be paid on this account.

Sheet work Up to 5 Meter height

Sheet work (5 Meter Height ≤ 15 Meter)

Dismantling C.I./Asbestous/ P.V.C rain water pipe upto 4" dia. with fittings and clamps at all height by making necessary arrangements like scaffolding etc & stacking the servicable material to civil store and disposal of unservicable material to the disposal yard within 2 km from the site etc. complete by making all necessary arrangements like providing & installation of scaffolding confirming to IS-3696, safety net, lifeline all required PPE's and arrangements for safe execution of job complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing on wall face 110 mm diameter unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes with fittings conforming to IS : 13592 Type A upto 15 m height, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion single socket pipe and clamping (top,middle & bottam) with wall by making all necessary arrangements like providing & installation of scaffolding confirming to IS-3696, safety net, lifeline all required PPE's and arrangements for safe execution of job complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and Fixing of Structural Steel work in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, welding, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red oxide steel primer etc. as required including providing & fixing all required Connection Accessories like Tension Ties, Tie Rod, Brackets, Plates, Nut, bolts and duly punched with dimple/slot at required locations and size as per approved drawing etc. upto 15 meter height, including scaffolding confirming to IS-3696 (part-I), safety net, safety lifeline, all materials, manpower, tools and tackles, transport etc. all complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. Welded wire Mesh of required aperture/opening, wire diameter, roll width conforming to IS: 4948 : 2002, welding to the supporting structure, cutting, grinding, finishing to avoid sharp edges, at all height by making all necessary arrangements by providing and fixing scaffolding as per requirement etc. all complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and installation of 24" size Turbo ventilators made up of S.S. & PP having abrasion proof special grade Carbide tip for rotor cage, corrugated roll formed and ribbed vanes, FRP coated 20 mm central steel shaft & base frame, minimum 28 vanes of 0.4mm thickness, top cover thickness of 0.50 mm thickness, rotation system of Self lubricating (non-maintenance) Nylon Bush / Double Jet Ball Bearing (SKF / NBC Make), minimum 2 mm thick Fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) base/ Polycarbonate (PC) base plates of size as per manufacturer recommendation, Completely weather & storm proof, Mechanically strong, impact resistant & light weight, Maintenance free, Noise free etc complete including cutting in existing sheet and leakproof fixing of ventilator at maximum height of approx 15 mtrs complete by making all necessary arrangements like providing & installation of scaffolding confirming to IS-3696, safety net, safety lifeline all required PPE's and arrangements for safe execution of job complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter of area 3 sq. meters and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking of serviceable material at civil office store complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster at all level including making all necessary arrangements like scaffolding, disposal of rubbish to the specified dumping yard within 2 km lead complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Plastering 20 mm thick with Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand) at all heights including providing & intallation of scaffolding, curing etc complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolishing cement concrete flooring of any mix manually/ by mechanical means including cutting of floor to the surrounding by tile cutter machine, disposal of material within 2 Km lead complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing & applying two or more coats of solvent free epoxy paint of HUNTSMAN/CICO or equivalent consisting of Araldite and hardener in suaitable proportions as recommended by manufacturer's on concrete surface, plaster surface to achive a dry film thickness of 450 to 500 micron, afetr providing and applying a coat of epoxy primer, to protect concrete surface from various acids, alkalies, sodium sulphate solid as well as liquid solution including preparing the surface by scrubbing with wire brushes, cost of materials, labour, power tools & tackles etc. complete as per manufacturers recommendations, as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying two or more coats of Exterior grade acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of Asian Paints (Apex Ultima) / Berger paints (Weathercoat Longlife Flexo) with approved shade over old external plastered / Concrete/ stone cladding surfaces etc applied @ not less than 1.43 ltr/10 sqm or as per the manufacturer specifications including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour including preparing the surface by removal of loose old paint, black spots, algae mats etc by thoroughly scrapping the entire surface using wire brush & other suitable tools and tackles, sand papering, preparing the surface even and smooth, washing the entire surface with water to attain a clean surface, filling of holes, cracks & crevices by providing crack filling compound of Birla/JK or equivalant wherever required as per the manufacturer's specifications at all heights and locations by providing & erecting required scaffolding for complete work & removing splashing and dropping from all locations complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Applying primming coat with with water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content on exterior and interior wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre at all height by making necessary scaffolding arrangements complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing & applying Two or more coat of Chlorinated rubber paint of approved make and shade (Asian , Berger, Nerolac, British, Garware paints or equivalent) after providing and applying one coat of Zinc Phosphate Chlorinated Rubber Primer, on Steel Structures erected in position consisting of various structures like columns, floor beams, cable racks, monorail beams, roof trusses, purlins, equipment supports, ladders, ladder cages, staircases, walkways, pipe supports, MS Plain & chequered Plates/Sheets, M.S. Gratings, Hand Railing pipes at all locations and heights (up to 15 meters) to give an even shade including scaffolding, safety measures, surface preparation by cleaning the entire surface, removing rust, oil, grease, dust, deteriorated old paint etc. complete. Surface shall be rubbed with wire brushes to remove loose scales and deteriorated old paint. All dust shall be thoroughly wiped away and then the surface shall be wiped finally with mineral turpentine to remove grease and perspiration of hand marks and allowed to dry before painting etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Note: Wherever feasible Air less Spray gun shall be used for painting.

Providing and Fixing factory made uPVC glazed/wire mesh windows/doors comprising of lead free uPVC milti-chambered frame, sash and mullion/coupler (where ever required) extruded profiles having minimum wall thickness of 1.70 mm for Series R1 and R2 profiles and 2.10mm for series R3 and R4 profiles conforming to EN: 12608 in any shape, colour and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape and size as per CPWD specification, uPVC extruded glazing beads, interlocks and inline sash adaptor (where ever required) of appropriate dimension, EPWD gasket, hardware, SS 304 grade fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia with countersunk head, comprising of matching polyamide PA6 grade sleeve for fixing frame to finished wall as per IS 1367:- Part 1 to 14, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame, sash & mullion (if required) shall be mitred cut and fusion welded/mechanically jointed duly sealed at all corner, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of approved size and quality, all completed as per approved drawings conforming to CPWD specification & direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Section of steel reinforcement and cross sections of uPVC profiles to be as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Wire mesh / Glazing of plain / toughened / laminated / double glass unit with / without high performance coatings as per design requirements and conforming to IS; 3548 & IS: 16231 shall be paid separately.

Two track four panels sliding windows with Alluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated handle on three panels along with multi-point locking system, nylon rollers, with SS304 body. Using R3 series with frame(55mm & above) x (40mm & above) & sash (30mm & above) x (55 mm & above) ( height upto 1.8mtr).

Two track two panels sliding windows with Alluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, nylon rollers, with SS304 body. Using R2 series with frame (40mm & above) x (40mm & above) & sash (25mm & above) x (50 mm & above) ( height upto 1.2mtr).

Providing & fixing of Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm) of approved brand and manufacture in Aluminum/uPVC/Wooden door, window shutters including cutting of required size and shape fixing, arrangement and making necessary holes etc. at required place and position, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing fly proof SS 304 wire mesh in Aluminum/uPVC/Wooden door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions or by providing M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete etc. with wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50 mm by EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .

Providing and fixing Profile B Pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb, hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.
