Earth work in rough (Borrow area) excavation for embankments in hard soil, morrum or highly weathered strata dry or moist including laying in 20 cm layers . (beforecompaction) breaking of clods, sorting of grass pebbles etc, and dressing compacted by sheep footroller / pneumatic tyred roller to obtain dry density of 98% of Standard Proctor's density with initial lift of 1.5 m (Excluding charges for compaction & watering) including loading and unloading whereever required complete in all respect.With lead beyond 250m and upto 750m (1/2 km)

Excavation including loading unloading disposal and dressing of excavated rock within initial lead of 50m and lift upto 1.5m in dry or moist including dressing of excavated area, dewatering wherever required complete in all respect. (b) Hard rock not requiring blasting

Compaction of Earth or highly weathered strata by mechanical equipment such as sheep foot roller/pneumatic tyred roller to obtain dry density of at least 98% of Standard Proctor's density.

Watering of Earth including cost of carriage of water when source of water is beyond up to 1 Km.

Lip cutting and final dressing as per designed section including re-handling and disposal of excavated earth in layers 20 cm on embankments etc. with cost of dewatering wherever required, and complete in all respect

Plaster in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints, smooth finishing & curing etc. complete including all leads of all construction materials of thickness : 20 mm

Providing and laying Cement concrete coping in (1:2:4) with maximum size of crusher broken aggregate up to 20 mm including shuttering etc. with all leads of material complete in all respect in thickness of 75 mm.

Preparation and dressing the sub grade including removing irregulatites up to 7.5 cm in sol morrum mixed with pebbles, small boulders and highly weathered rock for bed.

Providing and laying cast in situ concrete sleeper 15 cm x7.5 cm in bed in cement concrete (1:3:6) with maximum size of crushed stone aggregare up to 20 mm well graded including all lead of all construction materials including curing,finishing and form work etc. complete as per specification for :

Providing and laying cast in Situ plain cement concrete design M-15 grade for lining , using well graded crushed broken agregate of maximum nominal size of 20 mm confirming to IS 383 -1970, including proportioning of the ingredients by weigh batching and mixing by mechanical mixer including finishing of concrete lining, cutting of grooves for construction joint ,water curing in bed & on side slopes, complete as per technical specification with all leads and lift of material complete in all respect.

Filling of construction joints with sealing compound, including painting the concrete sleepers below lining and sides of lining panel as per specification provided in IS: 3384-1986 and all leads of all construction materials including cost of sealing compound, complete in all respect.

Filling of construction joints with bitumin based sealing compound lining in the grove as per IS made by cutter upto the 1/3 depth of concrete lining as per specification provided in IS: 3384-1986 and all leads of all construction materials including cost of sealing compound, complete in all respect.

Centring and shuttering for slabs, beams,lintels,columns,trough with or without caps and base including proping and remove.

Centering and shuttering for piers, galleries, barrels, intake well, sluice well upto 3.0m height from base/floor level (To achieve F2 finish)

Side shuttering including proping etc complete (to achieve finish F2) for Block joints of foundation ,stilling basins,buckets,aprons,etc. (Non suspended horizontally laid mass concrete)

Supplying of MS reinforcement including labour charges for bending, binding and placing in position all reinforcement as per drawing including cost of binding wire and all leads and lifts using. Tor or ribbed bars(IS :1786-1985)

Providing & laying in position of Cement concrete nominal mix (1:3:6)M-10 including all leads of all construction materials including curing,compaction and finishing with rendering cement sand mortar 1:3 and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering.shuttering and reinforcement . well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of maximum size upto 20 mm.

Providing and Laying in position of Cement concrete Design mix M-15 including leads of all construction materials, plasticizers (if required), curing, compaction and finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. Well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of maximum size upto; (For mix design Cement content considered 320 kg/ cum of concrete) 20 mm

Design,Drawing,Fabrication.supply,erecting,testing and commissioning of vent liners (steel liners for sluice/tunnel or as per requirement in Dam/irrigationsystem)including embeded parts consisting of liner plates,anchor,stiffners,girders,fastners etc.and any required necessary item,with all accessories for all tyoes of gates/sluice channels/any section of water resources project including cost of all materials,machinary,labour,cutting,aligning,anchoring,welding,finishing,cleaning,tools and tackles,applying two coat of zinc rich epoxy primer to give dry film thickness of 70+5 microns and finish coat(two coat) of solvant less coal tar epoxy paint using airless spray to provide dry film thickness of 150+5 microns per coat thus total dry film thickness of all coats,including primer coating,should not be less than 350 microns including packing & forwarding transportation charges complete,as per specifications and approved drawings.

Providing laying & fixing in position RCC spun or hume pipe (IS 458-2003) with collars in required size packed in gasket for hume or spun yarn & neatly finished with rich grout of cement mortar (1:3) perfectly air tight including testing of joints class NP-3
