Rewiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/ recessed steel/PVC conduit including dismantling as required.

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required

Supplying & fixing call bell/ ding dong suitable for single phase ,230 volts on the existing box/wooden block including making connections etc. as requierd.

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring alongwith earth wire with following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable of 1.1kv grade in surface/recessed steel conduit, making connections, testing etc as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 Volt, Incomer 1No. 40A, DP isolator, Outgoings- 1Nos. DP RCCB 40A, 240 volts, having a sensitivity current 30 milliamperes, 5 Nos. SP AC MCB-32A, 10KA, 240V ('C' curve) and 3 Nos. SP AC MCB-10A, 10KA, 240V ("C' curve)on surface/ recess,complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing after removing old DB etc. as required.

SITC of wall mounted dust and vermin proof, compartmentalised cubical panel made out of CRCA sheet, required hardware, duly painted by powder coating with phosphatisation in grey or required shade after rinsing. The panel having PU/ Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3mm thickness, separate detachable gland plate, fixing of glass for observe meter reading without opening the hinged door with locking arrangement for equipment/ switchgear/ busbar chamber/ cable alley . Thickness of sheet shall not be less than 2.0mm of any compartment. Load bearing structure shall be of 2.0mm thick sheet supported by base M.S. channel if required. Side walls compartments having bolted type doors with detachable extension type structure. S/F of following accessories and their inter connections with lugs, terminating all the outgoing and incoming supply terminals in cable alley fixed on SMC/DMC type insulators/ suitable size connectors (as per requirement) with suitable size copper strip with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves/ wire, testing etc as required.( area of board not less than 3.2 sqmtr.) also only outer area of board should be measured).(Panel should be fabricated & assembled as per attached drawing through electrical panel builders and delivery challan should be produced along with panel)

a) 1No- quick make and quick break 4 Pole current limiting MCCB 125 Amp., 30 KA adjustable O/L & fixed S/C setting with Thermal Magnetic Release and conforming to IS:13947-2/ IEC 60947-2 with front face and centralized adjustable, line load inter changeability including making connections with lugs/ spreaders, Direct rotary handle etc. as required for incoming circuit.

b) 1 Set – 200 A, 4 strips copper busbar of suitable length, fixed on SMC/DMC type insulators & colour coding with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves

c) 1Set 240/220 volts pilot lamps with intenral circuit, terminal block ,including 3 nos. SP MCB 0-5AMP. "B" curve,10 KA, 415 V. grade of approved make for 3- phase supply, making connections with lugs, testing for incoming circuit etc.

d) 5Nos. Single phase, two wire solid state (static) fully electronic energy meters of accuracy class 1.0 & current rating 10-60 A, with backlit LCD display for 240 Volt systems, direct operated type, 50Hz having resolution 0.1kwh, led indicator for temper operation and meter sealing as per IS: 13779 etc. as required.

e) 4 sets 63 amp SP&N MCB for outgoing with suitable size FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor up to MCBs, to receive XLPE aluminium/ copper cable/10 Sq.m copper wire of 1.1KV grade for outgoing ckts.

f) 1 sets 16 amp SP&N MCB for outgoing with suitable size FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor up to MCBs, to receive XLPE aluminium/ copper cable/10 Sq.m copper wire of 1.1KV grade for outgoing ckts.

Dismantling of all type of existing wiring upto 4Sq.mm size with batten /casing/ conduit including fittings i.e. bulb holder/ ceiling rose /lamp bracket deposit the same to centrel store (measured batten/casing/condiut length as single run only )

Labour charges for dismantling of surface/ recessed light/ power point switch board of any size and depositing the same with listing of material in store.

Board with 1No. 60/100A main switch, 1 set 4strip busbar, 4Nos. 25/ 40A DP RCCB/MCB, and all other accessories like- 4/5 Nos. energy meters, inter connections etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
