The bidder should have prior work experience in the form of executed value of similar works, which can be in the following forms: - Three works of executed value not less than ₹ 57.64 Crores each. - Two works of executed value not less than ₹ 72.05 Crores each. - One work of executed value not less than ₹ 115.30 Crores. The values of completed contracts should be exclusive of GST. Additionally, the bidder should have executed in the last 10 years an industrial project either as a developer or as an EPC contractor in the area of Power/Steel/Oil/Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer and/or any other Process Industry, for a value of INR 200 Crs or more in a single project or work. The bidder should also have executed at least one Electrical Sub-station of 33kV or above voltage level, consisting of equipment such as 33 kV or above voltage level circuit breakers and Power transformer, either as a developer or as an EPC Contractor, which should be in successful operation for at least one year prior to the last date of submission of the bid. The substantial completion of similar works should be based on 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract. The experience should be in the name of the bidding company only. For contracts under which the applicant participated as a joint venture member, only the applicant’s share by value shall be considered to meet the requirement.
